Everything was easy, Peezy I've ordered from you before less than a year ago. The quality seems a little less than it was before. Now there's a gap at the top of the blind where light comes in, and I cannot close the blind the whole it keeps pulling up about an inch gap. The other I have from you Has about 12 inches extra in length. This one seems to have more but it just won't stay down.

I after purchasing expensive wood shades ftom another company, I found Select Blinds. I made 2 purchases, the first of which was more expensive due to adding room darkening filter. The next time I found inexpensive shades both wood and cloth with a great discount code. These are of great quality and my son installed!

We measured the windows based on the information provided on the website, we followed as the instructions showed and half our order was not correct. We still have half the house not installed due to the poor instructions.
All the windows do not look right but, we had to just make the treatments work because all old treatments were take down and thrown away not thinking that we would be in this issue.
The fabric is okay, but for the money we spend we wish we paid more money for better quality.

Last Year good this year concerns

We received our order but when unpacking it they had the strings for the blinds extremely tightly taped with packing tape so when trying to unpack it one string was cut because you couldn't tell it was there. While in the past select blinds did an excellent job they have not been as positive this time around.

Dig deep in the fine print

I recently ordered these roller blackout blinds and was pleased with the initial experience. The ordering process was smooth, and the measurements were easy to get right. Shipping was fast, too.
Unfortunately, the cordless loop mechanism has been a major disappointment. It's very unreliable and requires constant adjustment. Several times a week, the blinds need to be completely removed from the roller to reset the spring, which is both inconvenient and frustrating. For a product marketed as "cordless," I expected a smooth operation, but the frequent issues with the spring have made them more trouble than they're worth. If you're looking for blackout blinds and don't mind a bit of maintenance, these might work, but the cordless option hasn't met our expectations.
