Bought this roller shade for my front glass door, it's absolutely perfect! Gives me privacy at night and I raise it up in day!
Placed order 11/23 - ordered 10 blinds at over $1400. Received 1 blind on 12/12/24.4 more on 12/13.1 more on 12/18. Still waiting on last 4 blinds and after the 4 call to select blinds, waiting at least 20 mins each time, given a tracking number that is not correct. Never thought it would be so bad. Holidays are here and I still do not have window covers. Now have to try calling again, on hold at least 20 mins, outsources call to another country. You got my money long ago, which is a lot to me. I don't have what I already paid for. Just shameful!
Purchsing and receiving and everything was fine. My husband is a pretty ok handyman and he managed to install the blinds. Even though the instructions came with bith a reverse roll and standard roll instructions as they are just flipped from one another, it was still a little difficult to decipher and when we go to roll uo the blinds, it tends to tilt on one side. I'm sure this is contributed to many factors we didn't pay enough attention to (exact sizes, how to drill then ect.) Butbesides not really being able to roll up the blinds due to user error, they were pretty decent

In October I ordered new faux wood (in dark brown) for my living and dining rooms. They were easy to install and add so much charm to those rooms. Ordering was easy too. I had to call with a question and measuring and received excellent customer service. I loved the experience so much I ordered new blinds for the bay window in my kitchen!

We purchased our blind and it was our understanding it could be returned for a refund if we were not happy. It was way to heavy and hard to install, too hard for us as we are in our 70s. We were not aware of the install problems when we purchased. We would like a refund.

The shades are beautiful! The only bad thing about our experience was talking with customer service. We did the fit plan for if we needed to resize the blinds and we are glad we did because we had to use it. But getting the correct sizing ordered with customer service has been such a hassle, it is all over text message and seems unorganized..

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
