Go through step by step, confirming any details that you're not completely clear on, and do a final check to confirm everything is as you want it. This goes double if you are purchasing multiple blinds that are all the same except for details such as size or the side the pull cord is on.
Dealing with Select Blinds has always been good but I was disappointed with this last woven blind that will not hang straight. I followed all instructions on installing it but I pull it down it's slightly higher on one side. I've tried lifting it all the way up, as suggested in the instructions, but it still hangs crooked.
The blinds I ordered were expected and supposed to be 'fabric with satin appearance', per online description and image, where in reality I received plane plastic cheap looking rollers.
After initially contacting the customer service via phone and e-mails, with request for replacement, a month after, there still no reply with attempt for resolving the problem.
Yesterday, I requested a refund, but there's still no response from SelectBlinds.

I received my order but 3 of the brackets for my Roman shades wouldn't hold the shade properly. I called immediately and the person I spoke with said they would mail me 3 brackets. 3 days later I got an email that said I needed to provide photos of the defective brackets and then it would be decided if I could get the additional brackets. I had already thrown the brackets away and trash day had come and gone. I was able to find one bracket and sent a photo but still have not heard from select blinds about the brackets or received any replacements. That was 12/20/24 and it's 1/6/25 today. My purchase was over $1500 so this seems like very poor customer service.

Needed blackout shades and they were measured exactly to what i requested. Function well and roll smooth. Easy to install.

The shades are absolutely beautiful, however came in defective. These are not my first roller shades so I know they should completely retract. These do not, they will not filly retract leaving at least 10 inches of shade. Contacted customer service, and a representative tried to tell me I've ordered the wrong size which really doesn't make any sense even if the size was incorrect…. Had to send two different videos with proof, and waited three weeks for them to get back to me. Finally, they sent replacements which are also defective with the same exact issue! They can't seem to get these right. Very disappointed as I've wasted months with select blinds, but unfortunately, they make shades that don't work properly.

While a little disappointed that the blinds seem to fail sooner than you would expect the guarantee is honored with no fuss and replacements are issued no problem. I am hoping these cordless blinds hold up a little better than the initial purchase.
I went with the no drill option and am not happy with how they fit. I'm afraid I'm going to pull the while blind down when I go to move the shade up and down.

The Velcro on the top of the blind is not sticking. It come away from the door just hanging.
These are zebra blinds which doesn't have any handle to operate properly. Its very difficult to open and close the blinds.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
