Twice I have subscribed to a website and BOTH times I have been subscribed to a second site that I have been charged for, not interested in and most definitely did not request.
On the first occasion when I complained and requested that the second subscription be cancelled, BOTH the wanted and unwanted were cancelled. Hopefully, this second occasion will produce the desired result.
For their part, Segpay have been prompt with replies and taking action to rectify my problem. Unfortunately they got it wrong first time round. Segpay staff were helpful and polite when replying to me.I still do not understand why it is that you are automatically subscribed to a site that you have not requested AND CHARGED FOR IT. In my opinion that is theft.
After describing my problem, the assigned worker of customer service answered within of a couple of hours, which was way fastee than expected and the issue was completely resolved with that. Also the change, which was promised was made a lot faster than expected and faster than said from the worker. This couldn't have been handled better.
Have not been able to sign in. Do not want this. Unsubscribe me immediately.

Ofter I cancel my subscription then,several months later renew it. Unbeknownst to me my subscription was renewed. I went on-line at 11:30pm est to cancel. When I got up several hrs later my subscription was cancelled, in fact, the debit never made it through my bank!
