Ich habe über Paypal Kontaktgebühren geordert für den Account waehlmich im Internet, bezahlt und bekommen. Bei der dritten Bestellung wurde mir eine Gebühr von 300 € berechnet, die mir über Paypal nicht erneut zu Kontrolld und Freigabe angezeigt wurde. Suite à une demande d'annulation d'abonnement, le service client de mon appli m'a orienté vers Segpay pour procéder au désabonnement. Segpay a été très rapide pour me répondre et me rassurer sur le fait que je n'avais pas besoin de me désabonner et que je ne serais plus prélevé. Le problème est que mon abonnement a continué et j'ai tout de même été prélevé. Segpay m'a alors répondu que ça ne dépendait pas d'eux, qu'il fallait que je contacte une autre instance. Bref, je ne sais pas si on joue au ping pong avec moi ou si j'ai affaire à des personnes incompétentes...
Dans les 2 cas, je ne suis pas rassuré ni satisfait

After I told SEGPAY that I was on their website they couldn't find my account the name was guest and I was able to get access to the website and the account
