The guy said he couldn't find a transaction but they sent this review request to a different email address than the one I gave them so they obviously saw the unauthorized transactions.
Simple cancellation of website service, properly done with no delays or any kind of additional hassle.

Email sent to cancel a service that was no longer required. I sent an email with the details and I was sent an email by return to inform me that my email would be dealt with within 48 hours. Only a couple of hours later I received an email staying that the request had all been sorted out, acted upon and confirmed. Amazing service. Thank you

Segpay is very quick to collect on behalf of the websites. But the group of sites are a scam. People are on line 2/7 and are either AI or people reading from a script. Not in the localities they claim to be.
I paid for 25 messages I only got 17 messages total complete rip off of my money didn't get what I paid for...
