I had an issue where i got charge for some other sites I did not access through 3rd party but the staff did not hesitate to help me and make sure I was refunded, I had to go back and fourth a couple times but eventually got my refund, I rate their customer service 5 star due the the or reply time and outstanding help

Poor service with 2 problems

My problem was not resolved. I still cannot enter the site Adulttime.
Furthermore I have tried several times to cancel my membership to the site www.brazzers.com.
My cancellation has not been confirmed. Segpay has all the necessary information to cancel my membership and has not answered my various emails. Please check and confirm cancellation

Poor customer support

After providing all details about an unknown charge on my PayPal account you were still unable to tell who's charging even with the ID stated in the PayPal charge.

My ticket has not been resolved by Segpay I had to figure it out myself.

I misclicked and accidently ordered and paid for a product via Paypal which i did not intend to do:(
But i reached out soon after to announce my mistake and it was fast replied and it was not problem to cancel and get a refund, very pleased with the service! Also reliefed when i got my money back that i did not have to spend for this nor wanted to spend!

As the self service site wasn't working at that time, I submitted an email request to cancel my subscription. I received a confirmation that my request had been received and assigned; a short time later I got the confirmation it had been completed. I was pleasantly surprised; my previous experience with other providers using email requests was not nearly this successful. Excellent service
