I wasn't sure which sites I'd subscribed too (drunken antics!;-)) and had very little clue what I was paying for. I emailed Segpay customer services and they were able to tell me exactly which sites I was paying for and cancelled the ones I requested instantly. Really impressive service.

I did receive help, but no results … please be more specific upfront as what form of payment is acceptable. Very misleading and other sites are far more payment friendly.

1) Closure of account
To close the account its a hasle. It should be made much easier. In one click we should be able to stop our account. Pls change your system of taking money from account continuosly. This is not at all user friendly!. When we take one month subscription only one month should be given. Then automatically subscription should stop. If antyone wants further they should subscribe by paying again. Then this cumbersome procedure of closure can be totally avoided. You will get more clients this way.
2) Connection getting cut
When we are chatting with one partner, the line gets cut automatically.
This is totally unacceptable. When both parties like each other and chatting intimately, its not correct to cut the call and skip to another party. This is beach of contract. Pls explain why this is happening?
This is irritating and killing our enthusiasm.
I am completely satisfied with the Segpay service, which responds quickly when you want to cancel a subscription.

I've been trying to buy credits to secret benefits, but every card I purchase has not worked. I was told that it needs to have international access. I've most recently purchased a Visa debit card and according to Visa, it should work anywhere. I've been trying to purchase credits for months, off and on, Can you help me? Is either cards you could recommend purchasing (not credit cards)? Or is there an alternate way to do this?
Was unable to help me at all. Never used this service and was charged and can't even get a refund!
