I needed a refund for a charge on an account that should have been canceled. I received an email back very promptly, was asked the exact information needed for the refund & then refunded immediately after sending the information needed. Quick, easy & straight to the point.

Totally disappointed

I sent an email to cancel the suscription because i did it without wanting, then you told me that no problem, my suscription was suposed to be cancelled but then was a charge in my bank account of 45,16€ from another page totally diferent from the one i suscribed. I want my money back or othewhise i will have to start legal procedure.
