I indicated in my complaint that I got charged for the month when I cancelled it a couple weeks prior. I obviously cancelled it again once I realized I got charged but I had already cancelled it. I've never even use the account. I cancelled it almost immediately after I started it And whoever responded just said I just paid for this month and I have until July 22 to use it and that wasn't even my concern. My concern was that I should've been charged to begin with for this month. I had already cancelled it for whatever reason it didn't go through.
This bull$#*! company stole money from me for over a year and acted like I didn't send them proof. I sent them exactly what they wanted and they continue to keep asking for stuff I've already sent.
Took nearly one week to sort my problem out eventually I should be getting a refund

This was, by far, the best experience I've ever had with any customer service. I sent an email stating me dilemma and they emailed back no more than 5 minutes later saying it has been dealt with. I got a confirmation they received the email and then a receipt of the solution. Thankfully they sent an email for a subscription reminder because I didn't have access to it anymore. I'm happy I didn't get charged again. Best experience ever!

Terrible, I've been trying to communicate with the support of the page for weeks, sending emails that are as clear as possible, detailed and even with screenshots as evidence so that my problem can be understood even better and even so, they haven't even given me an answer. Correct answer or solution to my problem. I had deleted an account about a year ago- so I thought- and saw a charge for a yearly fee this June '23. I contacted customer service and explained how I was under the impression my account was already deleted, and asked if a refund was possible. My request was automatically approved, and the refund was issued. Other companies usually don't care about the impression you were under, or mistakes you made- but Segpay did and does!
