Security Camera King

When I was building a house the question of buying special security cameras was on the agenda, actually.

I found this website and started to look through the assortment. I eventually found what I needed and made an order, I liked everything: the price, the speed of delivery and ease of installaation as everything is controlled via special hub.

So I want to express my gratitude to these guys as they do a good job, they helped me to protect my new house from intruders.

I love the videos, they answer questions that the web script does not address. Visual back up helps with the decision process. The extra learning resources are appreciated, too. I would have to say the only thing to spoil my smile is to start receiving a whole bunch of unsolicited sales emails from you or any affiliates. -- I have the unit now, and am having to buy adapters: video to coaxial. I failed to recognize the type in the video. I don't know if all camera have the same connectors, but it was disappointing to have to wait for parts. This could be mentioned somewhere. Small thing. Other than that I am happy.

Bought close to 70 cameras and two NVR systems from here. Over the course of a few years had to make a few support calls on general trouble shooting/problems. Support immediately answered the phone, was knowledgeable and took ownership. Honestly it was everything I could have hoped for. These guys had my back.

Over the last few years the quality of support continued to diminish. My last interaction, they invested so much time explaining why they can't pick up the phone they could have just picked up the phone and resolved it in less time. It's no longer practical to purchase equipment here as a result.

If your in the field all day they won't arrange a meeting or call back time. There business model is "Hey, if you don't pick up when we call, that's on you". I only know this because of all the parties they CC'd in the email to cover there $#*! for not taking ownership of the issue. Maximum effort, just on the wrong thing.

This happened in 2021. I waited until today after making a large camera purchase from a new vendor to illustrate the value of picking up the phone and treating people with respect.

Everything went smoothly, the site is easy to use, very informative, I ordered the equipment and it was delivered as expected. Everything seems to be in working order so far, I've had a few questions for tech support, they have been very responsive.

One thing that might be really helpful for someone like me with little-to-no experience with this type of equipment is to maybe have an interactive security system builder so that a person could select their equipment and place it in the builder to see where it fits, maybe what pieces are needed to get it working, things I never thought of.

Regardless, it was good experience.

My experience with Security camera king has always been good. My most recent order was delayed in shipping because of an UPS driver refusing to delivering the package by making an excuse that the address did not exist. Other UPS drivers have delivered dozens of packages here.

The requirement to provide all original boxes for cameras that need repair was a surprise as my system has been installed for 7 months before a camera failed. I had thrown all the original packing material away.

Your online videos are great, definitely convinced me to buy your product vs the cheaper unit I just purchased off ebay, which is going to be returned after seeing your products. Glad I found you guys! Great support, which is rare these days, I don't have a problem paying a little more just because of the support but realistically - you get what you pay for. Well done guys - now... the only place I need to shop for security cameras. You got my vote!

First time on this site. And I purchased the item and attempted to get some technical support because my assisting cameras did not come up. To this date (8/15/2016) I haven't heard anything from the technical support personnel. Now, I must say that I am impress with the site but there isn't enough D-I-Y instructions that can assist a novice. Could it be that this site is for professional companies requiring installations, ONLY.
A little disappointed with the technical support. With that said, "Thank you!"

The "Shopping Cart" & "Wish List" software is poor and results in confusion.
If you sign out and then back in, the program "dumps" the previous shopping session. ( or so it appeared)
A working list you may generate earlier, that seems to be gone, may re-appear at final check out and seem to be added to your Credit Card total.
You wont be charged for this, but there is no way to know this for sure with out a phone call to the company to confirm that.
