Security Camera King

I have placed many orders in the past 5 years in customer service has been great. Customer service was also great this time, but after six days of not received my order I had to make three phone calls back to find out what happened to it and find out that it wasn't shipped yet because of a computer error. It all worked out in the end since they finally straightened it out and sent the unit out with next day delivery.

You guys are the best in the industry hands down. I did a lot of research and every time, I would come back to this company. I found myself using this company as my "Standard" and finally made the decision to buy from you.

I plan on starting an IT business and I will be using securitycameraking.com as my ONLY provider of CCTV systems.

I got four mini economy units to replace some older systems that were installed. I preconfigured them based on the settings I had recorded from the older units. They new units went in and started working without a hitch. Easiest install ever.

The site is a little confusing to change and update cart quantities. Otherwise, everything was easy to understand.

I am having difficulty figuring out how to use the APP. Everything has set up fine but the guidance has not been clear on how I should be connecting my phone to the system. I.E the internet router is connected to a switch, which, the DVR is connected too. I am trying to configure the app and having troubles of where the log in is timing out or failure to connect.

Fantastic products at excellent prices and phenomenal pre and post sales customer service. They don't hesitate for a second to give you guidance. I purchased 2 dome cameras and a dvr which they gave me guidance on and answered any question I had and after I made the purchase they answered my install questions, including telling me how to connect my dvr to the internet using a power line adapter.

I have ordered from securitycameraking.com before. Everything arrived as promised. Haven't set up yet but my last order worked as advertised so I expect this will also. Visited their store in Colorado; Ryan Newkirk was very helpful in helping me select the correct equipment.

The documentation was sparse. No CD that was referenced was included. Still figuring out how to access system from my cell phone (the qr code doesn't work) and from my laptop (pc software doesn't load right).

Nice pricing. I am hoping that they are good products and stand up over time. I need to get everything hooked up and running. I will provide feedback once I get this accomplished.

Haven't done business with you till now, but the well prepared and fast web site, the good pricing and good products made it a pleasure. This is for my home, but I also do this commercially, so I'll probably be back.

The NVR I bought was a cheap one, but I expected it to at least see my existng ip cameras. It did not recognise Honeywell cameras which are an industry standard.

This is the 2nd system we have gotten from Security Camera King and have liked both of them. Setup went fine and everything is working as expected. Haven't had any major outages since we got our battery backup so can't really say how it is working yet.

Easy to select the right camera. Of course it helps to know what your looking for and educated enough to make the right choice. By the way anyone here have a spare dime they could give to a fellow American for a cup of coffee?
