I know most popular brands just sell names but SCK gives value for my money. I buy your cameras for business and home space and it has been very effective.

Bought close to 70 cameras and two NVR systems from here. Over the course of a few years had to make a few support calls on general trouble shooting/problems. Support immediately answered the phone, was knowledgeable and took ownership. Honestly it was everything I could have hoped for. These guys had my back.

Over the last few years the quality of support continued to diminish. My last interaction, they invested so much time explaining why they can't pick up the phone they could have just picked up the phone and resolved it in less time. It's no longer practical to purchase equipment here as a result.

If your in the field all day they won't arrange a meeting or call back time. There business model is "Hey, if you don't pick up when we call, that's on you". I only know this because of all the parties they CC'd in the email to cover there $#*! for not taking ownership of the issue. Maximum effort, just on the wrong thing.

This happened in 2021. I waited until today after making a large camera purchase from a new vendor to illustrate the value of picking up the phone and treating people with respect.

Fair prices. Quick shipping. Be prepared to not see any updates on your order status until AFTER your items arrive. If you email SCK they'll send you a tracking number but I just wish they behaved like virtually every other ecommerce website on the planet and update the order status ASAP and send you an email with the tracking number.

Great site , It would be nice if you offered a discount to Contractors, should consider this, regular people buy once, I have bought many times.

overall, my experience was touch and go: could not view terms and conditions (nothing to view) problem was resolved after a phone to sales. Bad beginning ,but hope the product meets with the time spent researching item ordered. Thank you.

It great just type what your looking for an bam!! There it is, the price are amazing in comparison with others, an the fact that you can choose your own shipping is even better, because when you system is down you want it back up as fast as you can and having that shipping option give peace of mind. I will always Recommend this distributor to any one who has inquiries about somewhere good to shop for all there security needs.

Note to potential buyers: don't bother shopping around with other companies! Security Camera Kings are the best in the industry and the equipment is super easy to setup and runs perfectly. Just do yourself a favor and buy from these guys. You will not regret it.

The camera's we purchased should be priced with and include power supplies - OR - somewhere in the description let people know they NEED to ORDER a power supply with the camera and have a power supply listed on the accessories tab on the page camera page. I would have been happy to buy the power supplies if I knew they didn't ship[ with the cameras. Now we're paying an extra $46 for expedited shipping on 2 $7 power supplies to meet a deadline.

Wish live chat expert was available when holiday specials are made available. Either order in the blind, or wait til someone is in the office and lose the discount.

Order received was incomplete, but, customer service quickly straightened out error and got the rest of the order out to me.

Technical support (for both this system and one we bought years ago) has been OUTSTANDING ! That's the main reason I buy from Security Camera King vice equipment I could get cheaper off Ebay or Amazon.

Security Camera KIng has been outstanding throughout the years. The employees friendly and committed to making my shopping experience wonderful.

First time on this site. And I purchased the item and attempted to get some technical support because my assisting cameras did not come up. To this date (8/15/2016) I haven't heard anything from the technical support personnel. Now, I must say that I am impress with the site but there isn't enough D-I-Y instructions that can assist a novice. Could it be that this site is for professional companies requiring installations, ONLY.
A little disappointed with the technical support. With that said, "Thank you!"

All was well with ordering, quality and delivery, however I never received a copy of an invoice. Perhaps it flashed on the screen and I failed to print it, assuming that a copy would be e-mailed to me. Not a major issue since I used PayPal as method of payment and was able to get proof of payment from them..

Thus far my experience has been excellent! I did have some questions that needed asked. I received prompt & accurate replies by Email. I paid a little more than a box store, but got what I needed in better cameras & a larger DVR. In other words, for a little more money, I'm coming out way ahead! This is not a generic minimal system, but rather a solid (metal), adjustable system built for my needs.

Shopping site didn't work properly on Chrome browser. Had to use a different browser to get it to work.

This is the 2nd system we have gotten from Security Camera King and have liked both of them. Setup went fine and everything is working as expected. Haven't had any major outages since we got our battery backup so can't really say how it is working yet.
