Good product easy to connect but the tech support needs to be improved communication,only via email takes too long to get issues taken care of, need a phone number to be able to communicate with tech support.

This has been my second time buying directly from your website and intend to continue since i plan to become a reseller for your products one day,your products are truly "plug and play".Support is great and you sell exactly what you promised in the description.Prices are great and products are rock solid.

I appreciated the help from the staff in advising me which power supply to order for my wireless camera. I would have preferred however you have the power supply included with the camera, because it doesn't work without it so my insulation was delayed.

As a camera purchasing novice who was trying to match up existing cameras by shape and look only, I found the shopping slightly confusing, but I powered through it and got what I needed, in time, for what seems to me to be a fair price.

I have been generally satisfied but I have a problem with the DVR that is yet unresolved. I have spoken to support personnel and we are awaiting some additional supplies that may help isolate the problem.

VERY easy, lots of selection choices, whoever sorted your categories for the different systems did a GREAT job. Products all work as expected and quality made too. Appreciate you guys being there and will be back for more. THANKS Charlie

It did feel like I spent a lot of money but knowing I will see whats going on around my home when I'm not there is worth every penny. I did have to call customer service several times to help me get set up, every time they were extremely helpful and when I was all set up they even took the time to show me some of the features on my NVR. Very Pleased, will do business again.

You all have been great from the first time I ordered my system. On everything I have had some of or other plants buy from you on count of the quality and service you provide.

Excellent product and customer service. I installed 8 camera NVR package to replace an old system for a customer. The customer liked the product so much that they requested additional cameras. I had to upgrade the NVR and add more camera. It was pleasure working with security camera king technical and sale team in getting additional items I needed.

This website is user friendly. This was the easiest order I placed today

When we received the product it was not compatible with our needs. We returned it. The return was very easy. So not Security Camera's fault, so with the ease of the return I would definitely recommend

Great site, was not clear that cameras didnt come with power supply or BNC wire, but the company is allowing me to purchase after the fact and they are covering s&h which is a classy move and will make me come back for additional purchases.

I prefer to not have you keep my credit card info for future use. You did not give me this option. I also prefer to know my shipping cost before giving my payment information. You also did not give me this option.

Send wiring already recommended for the camera with the camera purchase. A complementary 50 ft of wire for the camera
Would have work well for me so I would not have had to search down wiring for the camera I purchased.

Good information on the website. If i have to change anything, on your video your tech guy should listen on how he talks. I can hear the "uh..., uh... uh..." for every sentence he speak! Imagine listening to that for 10min :) Other than that he is very helpful.

Service and quality is truly something you can't find just anywhere.

Planning to return the 1.3MP bullet cameras I got because the IR performance is much less than rated (really ~15ft vice 50+ ft shown). 2MP ones are great, so will probably exchange/trade up to those.
Need more advice on building custom systems, and prices on 2MP+ cameras to be lower before I buy.
Like everything else about your site, especially vids showing actual camera performance.

Easy-to-understand site. I'm enjoying the Tribrid DVR that I ordered and quickly received (still learning tho') but now I need a camera replacement. The one I'm interested in is currently out of stock but when available I'm sure I will be happy with it too.
