They have a very long 'lead time' before delivery. In my case I paid £120 for a dress that hadn't arrived after 2 months. Just phoned and they said it's delayed with 'no due date'. I've requested a refund but they won't give a goodwill discount voucher or similar so they have had £120 for 2 months FOR NOTHING. This is almost fraudulent. What a racket - no other retailer would get away with this on such a large scale (other reviews state the same scam from them) DO NOT TRUST THEM

I know own some clothes that I could not normally affor, parcels arrive with contents all lovely and if they have to cancel your order you get a five pound voucher, which is nice

Been shopping with ss a few years now, got fed up waiting on my goods for weeks, then disappointed when arrived, with color, size, quality etc, trouble having to return. They dont make the description detailed enough with clothing. Finally purchased a pair of live oliver jade earrings 49.00 pound delighted with them, wore them occassionly, then one earring broke a peice of jade off, no impact no nothing just broke, ss said it must have had some kind of impact, then 2 weeks later the other earrings sterling silver hook catch snapped in half. After a few emails complaining no reply, had to fone then send pictures, and ss said they wernt faulty, very very annoyed, of course they were, shoddy materials used. I have now unsubsribed from ss. There customer services terrible, worst ever, as others have said aarogant people!

Fantastic bargins of quality items on this site. Extremely varied and something for everyone if your looking for that special gist or just to treat yourself at a great price.

I have always been a sceptic and thought if things are "too good to be true " then they usually are. However I couldn't have been more wrong when talking about Secret Sales. I have ordered a number of items over the last few months mostly for me and also for family members. Given the diverse selection of designer brands being offered each day at phenomenal prices you are certainly spoilt for choice. The ordering process is so easy and the website a dream to navigate through. Once an order is placed you receive email updates every step of the way from order to despatch. From my perspective my orders have always been delivered before the estimated date so even more of a lovely surprise when they arrive. The quality of the products are exceptional and don't be fooled that the goods on offer are in any way sub standard or last season or reflective of the great savings you make on the price, this is truly not the case. I have been delighted with all of my purchases The loyalty scheme is also excellent and provides the opportunity to earn points per purchase which then equates to a cash value and can be used against future purchases. It truly is a win win situation. I am delighted that I found Secret Sales and check the Website every day looking for my next fabulous bargain.

I ordered a beautiful Michael Kors bag on the 29th May - delivery between 13th June and 1st July - I was skeptical due to the delivery time frame. Received an email on the 26th June saying my order was delayed - I replied asking why and they said it would be dispatched by the 1st July. At 7pm on the 1st July I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled.

I am so disappointed by this service - I have been waiting for over a month for my Michael Kors bag, excited - wondering if it will be waiting for me when I get home from work each day. They left it to the last minute to tell me my order never existed. I will never use this site again.

Brilliant site, the discounts are genuine, as are the brands. I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases, including the high end goods. Would recommend this if you like good quality brands.

When i contacted the melbourne secret sales via facebook to enquire as the the over $200 worth of orders i had purchased i understood that the likely hood of her replying emediatly was quite slim as it is friday night she did reply how ever with a great deal of attitude didnt offer to look into it just gave excuses about covid. And when i pressed her on my orders her respond was... OMG!... the emails i gad recieved when i made my orders was that my orders would be sent in the week of 10/01/2022 its now friday no communication no tracking number when i asked about this she was rude and clearly didnt care about the customers concerns kept going on about how it was midnight once again i easnt expecting her to reply tillmonday but since she did i didnt feel its wrong to ask further about my order... please do not buy from this company they only care that they get your money not about you as a customer!

I've been using Secret Sales on a regular basis for a few years now and am really pleased with both the quality of the goods I have received, and the ease of return where the items (clothes and shoes) weren't quite right. I tend to use the mobile site on my smartphone and find it really easy and clear to use, with good filter settings. Being able to enter credit card details once and have them stored for future purchases is really convenient, as some other sites I use require you to enter your details afresh each time, which is a bit of a frustration. As I shop quite frequently, I get free shipping and the purchases I make put points on my account which over time turn into credit - today I saved £15 on a purchase. The only slightly frustration is the length of time it takes for delivery - you order something nice and have to wait a few weeks to receive it, but both the item listing on the site and the confirmation email clearly state when to expect delivery, so they do actively manage expectations.

So, my partner ordered a Jacket as a Christmas gift, in November. Admittedly the returns policy wasn't read as the jacket size ordered would normally be spot on.
However on opening at Christmas it was too small. Now we then went away and given the fact that SecretSales are not going to be open Christmas day, this was left to be dealt with until our return.
Unfortunately on our return, and realising the 14 day caveat, I contacted SecretSales to see if they would allow an extension, given the time of year and circumstances, as i'm sure most people buy Christmas gifts ahead of time.
To Quote - Unfortunately you are now outside of the 14 day returns period meaning we can no longer accept the return. Our returns policy is clearly stated on our website. Furthermore instructions on how to create the RAN to return your order was available on your SecretSales account.

A very indifferent No.
There was no compromise, no attempt to assist.
Would i use them again, no...
