Secret Sales

I'M SO HOPELESSLY HOOKED ON SECRETSALES - SO MANY GOODIES. I avoided taking the plunge for so long but once I got started shopping at Secret Sales I cant seem to get enough! The goodies are so fab, genuine designer items & some great independent pieces. Customer services is great, very nice people. My only issue is the DELIVERY TIME which can be up to 3 weeks & more in some cases. Secret sales please get your suppliers to turn around orders faster! I'm also sad at the occasional cancelled orders after waiting over 2 weeks- disappointing! Despite this, I love shopping at secret sales and getting my daily fix!.

Love Secretsales! Like a sweet shop for me! I get great products at great prices and all from the comfort of my armchair! Such quality and so convenient!

Purchased a Michael Kors jet set tote in August 2015, noticed that the handle had started peeling so set about contacting Michael Kors as all of their bags come with a 2 year warranty
Shock to find that secretsales are not an approved reseller and as such Michael Kors believe my bag to be fake
On contacting secretsales they told me they would give me 20% off my next purchase! Pretty much admitting that it's fake
I don't want a discount I want my £200 back so that I can go and buy the real handbag I thought I had
Not worth it for a £50 saving...

I have been using Secretsales for some years now and i would miss the site if I didn't use. They have a wide variety of great offers on everything from home to beauty.

I bought some Swarovski stardust bracelets. No sooner had I purchased the goods than the name Swarovski disappeared from all the paperwork. They took ages to arrive and were clearly fake (I have 2 genuine bracelets to compare them to). I returned them to the firm by recorded delivery and yet it took them nearly 2 weeks and the threat of legal action to get my money back.

Overall, Secretsales is a good shopping site and has some very intriguing deals. I've only ordered twice from them (the second currently pending as they process the order) but with the first completed order, I didn't have any hitch.

My only gripe with them is their returns procedure. If you don't explicitly state during an order that you want a Collect+ returns label because in their own words you 'may' want to return an item, it isn't sent, so should you change your mind you have to pay exorbitantly through other means to return your order with the standard address label included on the invoice. Many people buy products (particularly those of well-known established brands) with the assumption it will be of good quality or befitting to purpose and thus not needing to be returned, so it's not exactly instinctive they will consciously select the returns label. Moreover, a vast majority of other shopping sites include returns labels in the order packages, or at least make it easy for the customer procedurally to print out a returns label [Secretsales cannot be found within the vendors list on the Collect+ site].

It would be a good idea if, by default, Secretsales included the Collect+ label with every order and the cost of the label automatically added to the overall order price. At least then there's a contingency available for the customer - at lower cost - should the customer's mind be changed and if the label isn't used, Secretsales don't lose money as the customer has already paid for the label during order.

Trying to get money back it also such a hassle each week email to cancel and nothing
