They have gone into administration (again). However it would seem that, as is quite a common practice with fraudsters, the people who have taken over are directly linked with the old company. Which doesn't bode well.
This sites prices are absolutely wicked. However, you have to wait 6 weeks or more before you receive your purchase. I bought a pair of sunglasses from the site on or around the 1st of may but I am yet to receive them! I live around 5 miles away from the head office and warehouse based in London. They sent me an email saying that my item had been dispatched two weeks ago with a tracking number and up to now I havent seen them. I contacted the customer services to be told that they have received the glasses from the supplier but not the cases for the glasses?
Anyway great deals on designer merchandise but be prepared to wait a century for anything you purchase!
Disgusting customer service... 7 month can't pressed refund for broken item under the warranty. 100 emails and phone calls... but only one answer" to proceed refund you need to wait 14 days" and after silence.
I now have 6 or 7 orders with them? None of them shows any move even the due date has been over for some cases.
No one answers phone call.
No email feedback about any case.

Ridiculous and unbelievable.
While the items they sell may look fantastic & you think you're getting a bargain, the delivery is terrible. EXTREMELY slow to deliver and often the wrong item has been sent. Returns are at your expense unless it's faulty / wrong but you then need to send them proof of postage costs. Refunds take even longer - they say 28 days which is terrible when they can process your money almost instantly when you buy. Don't recommend to your friends unless you really don't like them much!
Further to my angry review last December about the lack of delivery in time for Christmas as promised, the pearl jewellery i ordered did arrive in time for New Year! The quality of the pearls is excellent and Im very pleased with my purchases now they have arrived.
I also received a very apologetic email from SecretSales customer service, along with a £10 gift voucher. This was a very nice gesture; so they are forgiven!
While I've never had a bad experience with SecretSales I don't think a lot of their products are genuine. I've received a couple of products that we're very bad quality - now if the were true designer products they would be a lot better. Plus I've found that with non-designer things (Lights, Decorations, etc) You can go onto Google and get the exact same product for a lot cheaper.
Be prepared for it to take a good few months for things to arrive as well - you pay £5 for delivery you'd think it would come a lot quicker but clearly not.
They used to be a really good website a couple of years back but now don't expect much.
Returns process is confusing and long winded. Why can't they supply a return label with the items, like evreryone else? This put me off and I won't buy from there again.
Secret Sales site is a fabulous site to buy quality things. A lot of designer clothes for affordable prices. They are very reliable, trustworthy efficient in dealing with orders. There's no day I don't visit this site for a bargain.
There are so many brands you don't come across even in a big city that make it an interesting visit each time. Plus customer service on the few occasions things have gone wrong have been outstanding. Very satisfied customers
There's always a frisson of excitement when opening my daily Secretsales email. What lovely goods will there be to tempt me today? I've been using this site for quite some time now and have been delighted with the designer goods on offer at markedly reduced prices, whether it be bags, jewellery or clothes. The Secretsales website makes the shopping experience easy, from purchase right through to delivery and if you have to return something, that's straight forward too. Ordered too items separately, and asked them if it would be possible to refund one of the delivery charges, which they did. Would 100 percent recommend. Always Give fantastic service and have used many times.
