Love shopping on secretsales.com! There is a huge variety of brands and products on this site which are always priced at such great value. When thinking about birthday, wedding, christmas presents etc I'll always check here first. Delivery always arrives within the date it advertises and it is easy to return items you don't like or suit. I'm always telling friends about secret sales and often find myself emailing links to share great deals with them too.

Well at 7 am each day i check the Secret Sales website!
Surely that's enough to tell you what great deals this site offers. I'm now a loyal customer and don't pay for postage which is a huge bonus and also save up my points to get money off vouchers, I've sent shoes back and been credited to my bank two days later i really can't say enough good things about Secret Sales.

Been shopping from secretsales for a while now and I have enjoyed the whole experience. Customer service is great and the products are genuine.
Never had to return any item as I am satisfied with all items bought.

I discovered secret sales last year and was blown away by their sales on designer goods! I began buying items and was amazed with the quality, I am now a frequent shopper at secret sales always on the hunt for bargain and it never fails to surprise me with the variety. The loyalty scheme is really good too you earn points every time you buy which then add up to money which you can knock off your next purchase. I got an email from secret sales at the start of the year saying they have noticed in my account that I am a loyal customer and offered me free delivery till the end of April. I tell all my friends about secret sales and I'm always checking new sales everyday.

Just wanted to thank you at Customer Services for the excellent job you did solving the return of my faulty kettle. The process was dealt with really efficiently and competently. In all the time I've been buying from Secret Sales - some 3 years or so, I've only ever had to return this item which is great in itself. ~What however is reassuring is that when I did have an issue there was no quibbling, and in fact the return was very straight forward. It just makes you feel happy to deal with such a professional organisation. Keep up the good work!

I have shopped with Secret Sales for a few years now and have been continually impressed with not only their service and diverse stock list, but also the fact they have managed to keep up such a high standard of service whilst growing in size.

To be able to offer the sorts of products, at the prices they can, but also keep such a loyal customer base is incredible.

I have purchased everything from Secret Sales, from clothes, to glasses right through to Christmas gifts and have never been disappointed. The one time I needed to send something back (due to me choosing the wrong colour may I add) they were superb, no quibbles or questions, just got right on with me getting what I wanted.

I would recommend this site, and have done so, to just about everyone. I visit pretty much daily to see what's on sale... always worth a look. Although it does usually turn to buy!

(b) reminder emails so I never miss the designers I really want
(c) good returns; quick and easy... Simply tick the box for whichever reason and send back and refund administered very promptly
(d) an ever increasing range of brands to suit a wider and more diverse clientele.
I would highly recommend this site to all my friends and family.

I love it so much that i WANT to tell to entire world (mean it!) I have been shopping here for over three years now and can assure you of an amazing service, professionalism and hard working people behind the scene doing a fantastic job. While I am working in luxury retail, bargains offered on secretsales.com are unbeatable, offer fun and entertaining and products simply fabulous. So you sometimes have to wait a little bit for delivery but all good things are worth waiting for. Used this company more than a dozen times recently. Really high quality products at good prices and new things coming in all the time. Communication, packaging and delivery are all great. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasions that I've had to contact them. Would thoroughly recommend.

I buy very frequently from Secret Sales, they always have a great selection of stuff with new items coming on line all the time and, unlike some other similar sites, they have things in the size I actually need rather than very tiny or very large! Delivery is always within the advertised timescales, sometimes earlier, and whenever I have had to return something they keep me informed of progress and refund my money, no quibbles, promptly and efficiently. I think overall Secret Sales is excellent and has allowed me to make many purchases at fantastic discounts and on some very high-end brands. Really recommended!

Been using this site for almost a couple of years now and never had any problems whatsoever - superb experience! Can't believe my luck today - last year bought a watch from you for our son which he wore on his wedding day, and then had it stolen whilst he was on his honeymoon!
