Designer goods on site but when delivered they are fake and returns are not free. Don't buy from this company. It's a fraud.
The worst company I have ever had business with. I sent back two parcels and the company still have not refunded me 83.96£... Took ages on writing emails and calling the company. It's already a month and still waiting for it to be sorted out. Just promises and no action.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY as you just can be trapped by chasing your order or refund and wasting your precious time...
Having used Secretsales.com for a couple of years I am totally satisfied with them from excellent easy ordering of goods through to actually receiving them, all expertly packaged and delivered to your door.
I would recommend everyone to use Secretsales, try them you will be amazed.
Don't bother. Pay the extra or risk getting cheap nasty market goods shipped from he Far East
I usually buy my stuff from amazon but I decided to try Secretsales because I heard they had good prices and fast delivery. I found a lot of stuff on special so I bought and the delivery time was alright.
Not only does Secretsales offer great items t great prices, it introduces you to brands you would never have known about. My favourite is Nife which offers classic clothing at amazing prices. Secretsales purchases are backed with great service meaning you know if something does go wrong (and lets face it - nothing is perfect!) they are there and happy to help resolve. Secretsales is definitely my "go to" site

Almost 3 weeks ago I purchased a luggage set from the brand "Georges Rech" and paid £133 for 3 luggage (mini, midi, large) with the order #*******. A week later I took mini and large to my holiday and when I arrived in Mauritius both luggage was broken and you could see the clothes dangling through the luggage. The quality of the luggage was extremely disappointing despite paying a premium price.
I contacted customer support 5 times and sent the pictures and the only answer I received was that they can't refund as the damage is caused by wear&tear. This excuse would make sense if the luggage broke after the 10th use but not after the first. Also the mini luggage was with me at all times and the handle broke just after couple of hours.
Not all the brands Secret Sales represent are of good quality. I am extremely disappointed and will do everything in my power to get my money back!
I have been using this site for less than a year and I absolutely love it. The products sold within this site is really unique and most definitely complimenting. Additionally the pricing of the products are reasonable which is also why I'm glued on to this site.
I have shopped with Secretsales for over a year now and have bought some fantastic items. If on the odd occasion I have changed my mind about an order they quickly refund, no problem. I also think they open your eyes to new brands and items that you wouldn't find elsewhere which is great.

Branded products for prices you can only dream of... love it! Keeps you well updated on when your product has been dispatched and when it will get to you... it takes a while so if you want a next day delivery this is not the site for you... However, I find it well worth the wait!

Other than the occassional delayed or cancelled delivery they are great and i would recommend using them
Easy to use web site, but very slow delivery. You know the delivery date when you order so if it doesn't suit - don't place an order.
Sales open at 7am and the best deals can be gone in minutes so you have to be fast.
I would avoid the Collect + service because it regularly fails, home delivery has been perfect.
Great company with great range of sales. I've been shopping with secretsales for a while now and I've bought lots from designer brands that I love and discovered new brands that are fantastic from home to fashion products. The customer service is fast and helpful and I would definitely recommend the site.

I love shopping with secret sales. They offer a great selection of products of my favourite brands and designers. The sales are very frequent and the products are pretty much current collections and the discounts are amazing. There has been many time when I found products on secret sales that I previously bought in the shop for way more money so I really appreciate the possibility to shop my favourite brands at discounted rates. Absolutely great service and fantastic choice constantly updated on their website. Highly recommended.
