I purchased West Wing: Complete Series-used.It was missing the series guide book and pilot script. 3 of the first 8 discs were damaged-fragmented when viewed. Returned at cost of ten dollars. My credit account was credited the puchase price within 10 days. I would not buy used dvd's from anyone at this point.

I have ordered dads from these guys. Orders arrive in a timely manner, and for used stuff, it's great! The prices are phenomenal, their older movie selection beats ebay, and they have movies that are hard to find. Couldn't ask for a better deal all around.

I did get the CD I ordered on time and in alright condition (jewel case a bit chipped on corner). But the site appears very scummy, so I'd just suggest to be very careful. Even though they got my order correct, I would not reccomend.

Stay away!

I ordered a DVD from this company, it came in the mail crushed, I emailed the company 3 pictures of the damage and to give refund... I've received no response whatsoever!, this company should be shut down, they are robbers!

Their listing came up on google+ as the limited edition endoskull AND the dvd's, when it arrived it was just the dvd's. To no surprise, my emails don't detail how it was supposed to be both, and neither does my PayPal receipts. I would stay far away. Since it was the last one they had listed available too, the listing is now down so I have no way of backing up this scam. Basically, I just paid 135 dollars for 6 dvd's. The price was fair for the endoskull to be included because although the dvd's Are shrink wrapped once again, the sticker on that shrink wrap says used...

Nightmare

A month ago i purchased a front bumper assembly and both head lamp assemblies, i was told 5 business days for delivery, time came and went withno parts. I call and get the run around and excuses, another week and nothing. Week 3 i am told the items were damaged in transit, i was given the option of looking again and starting from scratch or i can ask for refund which takes 3-5 buisnessdays. I bought the items in 2 transactions...i received 1 refund in a timely manner but i have yet to receive my 2nd refund and keep getting excuses and now no response! I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUTING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have dealt with this company on three separate occasions. First time was OK, second was poor, and the most recent time was absolutely terrible. My second time selling to this company I had a larger order and needed to ship two separate packages. Well they receive the smallest package of course and say they never got the second at the warehouse. So after several disgruntled emails, they finally "found" my second package and I did not receive even half of what was estimated in payout. The third was most recent time dealing with this company and selling them my used CDs, DVDs, and games. They never notify me of receiving the package so once again I had to send several emails before finally getting a response five weekdays later, not within 48 hours like they promise on their website. Also there is no phone number to talk to people, only email. Finally get a response and they cannot "find" my package once again. Another week later they finally find it and inspect, and totally leave out one very large item that would have been the most profitable out of my entire sell order. Not only do they neglect to even list this item on the accepted/rejected list, the complete stand up collection of Richard Pryor estimated to be about $13.00, but they completely make up two items in its place that I definitely know were not in my sell order averaging about $1.50. This company will basically steal from it's own customers. Do not sell to this company. The customer service is sub par at most and the morally sound warehouse, sarcasm of course, is awful. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I am so angry, annoyed, and frustrated. My mistake for ever using them again. I would rate them -1 star if I could.

Robbers!

They make you pay to ship, claiming they will reimburse you but they don't i paid 16.61 to ship a box of cds and they gave me back only 5.26
I also sent them 71.00 worth of cds and they gave me only 53.50 claiming that 7 of the cds were scratched, 1 they were not buying, and 2 that were not in the database. They also deducted. 16x35 for scratched jewelcases (what about the 16 extra jewelcases for the cds they did not accept? And then they charged another. 35 times 17 for resurfacing? They pull this crap on every order they receive. They are truly disgusting. You will waste your time and lose your cds and only end up with a few dollars if any. Most people will send in the cds, not bother to write down first what they paid and what they were promised and fail to compare the actual money received. The first few times I didn't keep track either. The first and second time I caught them robbing me I ignored it and continued to send things in. But they will find things wrong with EVERY order. I will use declutter instead or one of many other choices out there.

MAJOR RIP OFF!

1. Tells you to ship via media mail but they only refund a portion of what the post offc charges (they want you to send as many DVDs as you have, but then won't cover all the cost of shipping it!)
2. They claimed a BRAND NEW (just missing shrink wrap) item was a CDR (not original) DVD... I purchased the DVD DIRECTLY from the manufacturer of the product, and paid $28 for it! Second Spin offered $3.50 (wow!)... and the bar code matched their online offer etc., so I send it in, and they then decline it, claiming it was a CDR (not orig. Version) which isn't true.
3. they were orig going to just keep it without paying, but when I stated it would reflect in my review they offered to send it back, but what I got back was a DVD in a 'Now Damaged' case (that was pristine when I sent it to them). Their ship box wasn't damaged but the case inside looked like someone stepped on it, because it's crushed in and the top front label and plastic cover is peeling away. So what WAS an expensive NEW dvd when I sent it to them, is now a USED damaged DVD good only for Goodwill.
Will NEVER use this company again... they make a fortune off of your 'like new' DVDs, while paying you pennies, and then ripping you off on postage as well as damaging something they change their mind on that they no longer want... AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Sell to ANYONE else but this co.!
