No e-mails to enter site. No back-up way to access. No customer support. This app is the worst. Almost screwed up my $2,000 weekend. DO NOT USE!
Bought tickets for seats and the tickets came as standing room. Sent emails to customer service and they told me to sell the tickets again, I literally lost $150+ just by this. NEVER USE SEATGEEK!
I have used Seat Geek on numerous occasions the handling charge is fair and I really like how they rate the pricing from dark green (great deal) to red (poor deal) Thank you Seat Geek

Good site for ticket selection although fees are slightly high. It is very easy to use and access for the electronic tickets to get into the venue.

Love how nice the interface is and how easily you can use mobile tickets. I have used Seat Geek 20+ times and have never had a problem.
Its a good site to use I just dont understand how some of the floor tickets are more expensive then others and its the exact same tickets.
Quick, Easy, and inexpensive. My son and I had a great time at the game. It was also nice to have the digital tickets on my phone.
