Very good easy ti navigate and find seats that I was looking for and the prices were good and I would recommend this site to friends to use for buying tickets to events
I needed a refund because I was no longer able to attend an event. The person I was going with got admitted to the hospital and they were very understanding with the situation.
I like the app. The only thing is when I went to purchase, the option 1 or 3. Not 2 or 4. Maybe I hit did something wrong. I wanted 4 ticket and had to buy 3 then go back and buy 1.
I always seem to find it hard to find my tickets. Other than that I have no problems with the site. I do like that I am able to save my favorite teams and venues.
In the year that I have purchased extra tickets for both soccer, basketball and also Patti Smith tickets, I have neither been able to resell my tickets with refund, nor have I been granted the holiday discount that promoted the Patti Smith sale.
All good, except I have to search around in the app to pull up the pdf of the tickets, to forward in an email to staples to print because my printer is out of service.
Very good consistently at finding tickets within a price range I want and I'm able to pick and choose where I want and how much I want to spend. Love the app and never have had a problem with tickets
Hello, I just wanna know if I can add my tickets to the wallet app... and I was reading the reviews, how I could be sure that the tickets are real, I already received the electronic tickets...

It would be nice to be able to pick the seats. When buying tickets you are just give the row and a number. If we were able to see the seats we could have a better option and choices.
I was surprised at how easy it was to go to the site, select the seats, purchase them, and get them to appear on my cell phone. Everything went smoothly, and I will use the site again.
Easiest way to purchase tickets at the best price. Also, when travel plans change easiest way to sell your tickets also. Great site I will use it all the time!
I haven't received my tickets yet. The buying experience was simple as always. I'm used to getting my tickets as soon as I purchase. I've never had to wait before

Looking at your order, it looks like the seller already delivered your tickets the same afternoon as your order. It looks like we sent you an email about this on the 14th, but even if you didn't receive that, you can still access your tickets easily just by logging in and going to your "Tickets" page.

I appreciate the ability to see what it will look like from the seat. I didn't like that we could not see or know the seat number until after purchase.
Awful, and they didn't ever send me my tickets and scammed me! Don't use them, as I'm still fighting for a refund. And awful customer service. They're terrible in every way.
I bought tickets to an event and a parking pass. I pay 20.00 on the site for the parking pass, then when I get to the event the parking price was only 10.00...Im not a happy camper!
