Seamless/smooth/easy - found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Received email tickets quickly. Website navigation was very clear.
Tickets good price, easy interface and barstool discount helped alot. Seats turned out great at game easy access and quick availability to print.
I ordered tickets to be at the SRO section in section 104. I got Row N instead. I paid extra for these specific seats and did not get what I ordered. I'm still going to the game but I'm still not happy.
Just what I paid for! $51 seats for $14 due to late season game. Seat geek is great for less popular games.
I absolutely love how Seatgeek finds the absolute cheapest tickets by using prices from all these different websites. For 6 dollars I got great seats. The value of these seats is incredible, club access and you can see the emotion on the outfielders faces since you're so close. Seatgeek came in with the clutch with the tickets
It was real easy to figure out what tickets made the most sense for me and my family. This was the first time I didn't print my tickets and I can't imagine ever doing so again.
This is the best ticketing service by far. Better than Ticketmaster or any other secondary market competitor.
SeatGeek is my go to app when I need tickets to a sport event. Its easy to use, the process is fast and the prices are always within my budget. I love how you can navigate through the venue and see the view of the seats you choose and the price for that seat. SeatGeek is awesome! I recommend this to all my friends.
Looking for tickets for Cincinnati Reds baseball. I am a St. Louis Cardinals fan and traveled from Indianapolis.
I initiated my most recent purchase on SeatGeek after receiving a promotional e-mail that offered a 10% discount on any purchase using the SeatGeek app. I followed all instructions... logging in, adding the code in the correct area (and the app accepted it, in fact!)... and then when I tried to complete my purchase -- I was informed that "promo codes weren't supported at this time" and there was no discount applied. The purchase I made was for seats with the SeatGeek logo, however (not for non-SeatGeek marketplace tickets; I do know the difference). It felt very "bait-and-switch" to be honest. Like... your company's e-mail offer is what grabbed my attention and got me onto the site -- and then I wasn't able to use the offer on SeatGeek-branded tickets? Very disappointing. We bought 4 tickets that evening, and spent nearly $200... and should have saved $20-ish. And didn't. It really rubbed me the wrong way. Not a great way to win yourself repeat customers.
Hi there Laura, thanks for reaching out about this and we apologize for the trouble! SeatGeek connects hundreds of sellers from across the internet, and our discounts can't always be applied to all listings. It looks like the tickets you ordered were being sold by a SeatGeek user and not one of our licensed sellers, which is why that discount couldn't be applied. When you're selecting tickets to apply a promo code to, just make sure to filter the listings to show tickets that are "promo eligible" only so you don't have any trouble redeeming those codes!
Again, we're super sorry for the trouble We've gone ahead and added a courtesy discount to your account for your next eligible purchase, so please feel free to put that towards any future purchase of $21 or more of eligible tickets. Let us know if you have further questions, our team is always happy to help!

I've been using SeatGeek to purchase event tickets to for ~4 years and I've never not been satisfied with my experience
Fast and easy, but... service fees are excessive! $25 a ticket is way too much, should be half that.
Overall I thought it was great; once I created account, all I had to do was enter in a code and all my information was already out and made it super easy.
Second time using SeatGeek/Yankee delivery method. Works well. Purchased the tickets the night before the game so always that anxiety when you receive the tickets. Especially when you need to get in the car and start driving from a distance to Yankee Stadium.
Easy access to tickets. Will use again in the near future to buy tickets. Easy to find cheapest tickets on the app as well as the website
Love the app - easy to find the area I want to sit, and no surprises with the fees, all pricing up front. Thanks!
Competitive, upfront pricing. Easy to navigate. The only thing I didn't really like too much was not receiving my seat number before purchase.
Title says it all. I never have any trouble finding tickets when I need them. Very simple to pull up my team and search by price range and date.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

Luckily ticket issues seldom happen! We really just want you to score seats to events where you'll have the time of your life. SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hi there Cassandra, thanks for reaching out! It looks like the vendor supplied you with tickets in Row N as an upgrade, rather than Row O. We typically allow sellers to do this assuming their tickets are comparable to the initial set (but better), but we understand that's not always ideal!
In order to get this taken care of, we recommend reaching out to FanXchange directly so they can double check on that for you! They can be reached via phone at 1-866-970-3269 or via email to support@fanXchange.com
