The ease of navigating thru the app as well as them featuring what is a good deal & what is not is pretty favorable. The app is very well designed...
Selection process was easy. Navigating the site was easy. Buying was easy. I just wish we could see the seats BEFORE purchasing.
Compared to the ticket prices from the venue the prices on SeatGeek are outrageous and amounts to highway robbery.

They seem to go up for the same event depending on the price. Same event $12 dollar tickets with a $3 fee, $50 tickets with a $13 dollar fee.

Seatgeek says tickets sent to ticket master. Ticket master says tickets sent to mlb.com. mlb.com says I have no tickets.

Sometimes with sports events, the team has a ticket app that is powered by Ticketmaster but not actually the Ticketmaster app. We are restricted to using the app the team or venue requires for that event. Due to the nature of us being a secondary ticket market, somewhat akin to Ebay, we don't set the prices for these tickets. The sellers base their prices on market demand, which means at times you will find tickets for above the primary box office price. That said, there are also many times you may find tickets selling under that primary box office price.
Our best advice is always to check the box office first, and if it's not available there then take a look at the prices. We do have an option to follow an event, so you can do that and keep an eye on if the prices fluctuate and drop as it gets closer to the event.
