I used to buy tickets from stubhub all the time before I found SeatGeek. I loved seatgeek because of the prices. A lot of people say there werent any fees on seatgeek but I knew there was they werent broken down before. Now that theyre broken down the tickets are way more expensive and are the same as stubhub. If the price is the same at both, I would rather shop with stubhub.
Sometimes my experience has been a little fuzzy... People spill things in my seats and then sometimes from above if I happen to be underneath. But overall it was a great feeling with some excitement upon various situations throughout the game. What I like most was the ease of getting my seats and now that I am understanding... I can pick and choose where I want or where I can afford to be.
It was very simple to purchase tickets. Hopefully we have good seats at a reasonable price. There is a toll-free number if you have problems purchasing your tickets on their easy app
Best site to buy tickets on, I but all my tickets through seat geek. They always have to best prices, and the most important aspect of the site is that if gives you the price of tickets with fees and all.
Easy to use app. Prices are very reasonable and fair. Excellent selection of events. Having been using this app for about twelve months and will continue to do so!
Extremely pleasant transaction. Great seats. Exceptional value.
Smooth and easy. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Will definitely return for future needs.
The reason I rated u guys like this was that I originally bought tickets that were advertised. Come to find out that my order was rejected because the tickets were longer available. On my second order, it said that my tickets were not going to be ready until 1 hr. Well I was nervous because the game was in an hour. I didnt know if I should drive and be left without tickets or wait and be late. I was worried that I probably wasnt going to get my tickets on time and also worried that I was not going to make the game. I did however get my tickets and was late cuz I waited prior to driving down to the stadium
The app was user friendly an provide the best rates for the tickets. It always tells me when my favorite tickets are available.
I like using Seat Geek because the prices are shown with fees and I know exactly what I'm paying. It's fast and easy for me to find good seats.
I enjoy the rankings of the ticket prices from extremely good to fair. It makes it easier to decide on which provides the best value for the buck. I find the site very easy to navigate and particularly like seeing the seat locations on the screen immediately.
I like the seat selection interface with the color coordinated seating values. Helps to find deals in whichever section I'm looking for.
Got tickets for a NY Jets game two days prior to the event, tickets were priced well. Very easy to find good deals based on the green/yellow/red judgement circles on the seating diagram. Tickets also were straight on the app, so no need to print. Very effortless and simple thank you!
Price should be shown including the fee. It is difficult to see the true price that you are paying sometimes.
SeatGeek provides great service. Seat choices are excellent too. The biggest difference for me is that the prices just blow the other apps away. Just bought 2 tickets for 50% of what the "other" seat app wanted... no contest, SeatGeek is #1
SeatGreek is a snap to use (much better than the Dodgers own ticket site), and the ticket availability is great. But the fees are higher than seem appropriate.
Seatgeek is the ONLY place I buy my tickets. Their customer service is the best Ive ever been in contact with and from that day I was a forever customer!
I got nearly $100 tkts for $30 each with fees for the Mets Nats. Was able to get 10% off by downloading app & get mobile phone entry into the game! A+ experience!
Seamless/smooth/easy - found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Received email tickets quickly. Website navigation was very clear.
Tickets good price, easy interface and barstool discount helped alot. Seats turned out great at game easy access and quick availability to print.
Answer: Shana is correct, Seat Geek takes no responsibility for tickets and have no customer service and will not return calls if things do not work out Stub Hub is much better
Answer: Hi Beth, Welcome to SeatGeek! In order to maintain our marketplace we do have fees, but we'll always show you a thorough price breakdown of your order before you can checkout. Plus, we've got options so you can actually search for tickets and see the fees included in the price from the get-go. Simply use the filter "Prices with fees" when searching for listings. You can read more about that here: https://support.seatgeek.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036685293 I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions-- Best wishes, SeatGeek CX Team

Luckily ticket issues seldom happen! We really just want you to score seats to events where you'll have the time of your life. That's why we're here from 6am-8pm PT, 9am-11pm ET every day to help you with any questions or concerns. Hopefully that puts your mind at ease! Warmly, SeatGeek CX Team
SeatGeek is the Web's largest event ticket search engine. Discover events you love, search all ticket sites, see seat locations and get the best deals on tickets.
Hey Drew, thanks for the feedback--we can definitely help with this!
When you're checking on event listings, just make sure you've got the filter listings toggled to show "prices with fees" rather than "prices before fees". Once you've done that on your device, it should default to that for any future purchases so you always know what you'll be paying!
Hopefully this helps, but if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!
