I was getting a little worried about the order because the tracking showed that my order was in Detroit longer than it should have been. I paid for a faster delivery service but did not get it. I was satisfied that I received the order finally.
I am out over $500 because they couldn't even put the gold coin I ordered in some flimsy cardboard box or something similar - when the order came in the mail, the gold coin must have gotten thrown out, because I had no idea it was there! When you order some cheap jewelry online, they even put it in some other type of packaging besides plastic wrap. How is a person supposed to identify it when it's in a mess of plastic, along with other things that were ordered!?

My silver bullion 1 OZT rounds arrived FAST, so fast in fact, I didn't even get a confirmation of shipping e-mail or need to call/e-mail as a follow up. For price and service, it's hard to beat SD Bullion. I have ordered from a couple of other online bullion companies, but since trying SD, they consistently get the majority of my orders. Again, SD is hard to beat.

Great experience I ordered some precious metal.I had to pick it up at the post office which I Prefer.at the same time a Post Office Customer was Complaining about not Receiving is package the post office said Sir they were both Scaned and left in your mail box. They asked him was it Perscriptikns, because people will go through mail Boxes. In frustration he blurted out NO it was Gold. I did not stick around to hear the rest but walked out feeling happy about my order
Items were, as promised from SDBullion. Shipping was a hastle...being home at the precise moment when UPS got to my door. Called them (UPS) twice and got two different stories. This was my first order with SD Bullion and I was very excited to receive my coins. I placed my order and waited for confirmation that my coins had shipped. Nothing. Then I read the part where they won't ship until payment had been received. Ok, I waited some more. A day later, I saw the payment hit my bank account. Thought to myself, I should get the email that my order had shipped. Nope. Still nothing. I waited over 2 weeks and started to think that the website had scammed me. I reread everything and I confirmed that I should have received my email with the tracking information. It took over a month after my payment had been received for the order to ship. I understand that it might be a busy season, but if you say something, you should keep your word. Great product though. Love my coins!

Silver arrived in a timely manner, however, it was not the silver bars pictured on the web site. The first order was as described, this order was not. Site did not NOT state sellers option to substitute.
There should be a way of submitting payments which would guarantee the receipt thereof and still be as convenient, fast, and easy as using a credit card! Why can't customers using a debit card get the same low price as those writing a check? Sending money through Zelle is amazingly easy! That would be a great option!
I bought 10-1oz. Silver coins... Random design and I am very happy with my purchase. The package arrived quickly and all coins were protected in plastic. I love my coins! SD Bullion is a great company and I will order from them again.
It got here very quickly & I was not expecting it quite so fast. The package actually sat in the mailbox for over 24hrs before I checked for it because I wasn't expecting anything yet. Been a great experience, thus far! Thank you guys…!
Price was fair but after shipping charges, it was average.
Also I was not informed that item was shipped.
I found it in my mailbox one day without a need for signing for it.
I spoke with customer service before I placed the order and was told that there was insurance and signature reqiured.
If you look at the market price it is 0.10 to 0.20 +/- higher than the actual spot price on there site. They inflate the actual prices on the market.

They tell you they base prices on global markets. 1 market I know. You are NOT fooling anybody that knows. If they lie about that how can you trust them?

The spot price we use for trades is a blended mix containing futures contract prices and global spot rates. With increased market volatility, there will be a slight variance in spot prices between different websites. Regardless, our customers enjoy the lowest prices online.

I placed this order expecting 8 gold coins of 1/10 oz. Each. I received 1 coin which was 1 oz.
I called customer service stating that a mistake may have been made and that it may have been my mistake. The person I spoke to (without hearing me out) immediately assumed that it was my mistake.
If it was that's fine but customer service people shouldn't show ALL their loyalty to the company. I'm hesitant to make future purchases now.

Couldn't send the Money in the mail on time and got letters of 167$ charging customers for "market loss" and fees. Wish the very small letter with the timeline about market loss was in the order email or in a place where you can see it better on their confusing website.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
