The 22nd. Of May I ordered the same amount of sliver from JM Bullion and SD bullion the only difference was I paid extra for 2 day delivery from SD Bullion I didn't pay any extra to JM Bullion. Today the 24th. Of May at 11:30 a.m. I received my order from JM Bullion. SD bullion has not even shipped yet! I just thought people should know this. I always buy from JM Bullion but thought I would try SD bullion once. I always get my orders from JM Bullion within 3 days. No extra charge. The latest is 4 days. So FYI if you order from SD bullion.
They place the Argor Hareas bar on sale, 1 oz. It was not really a sale, for when the sale ended, the price stayed the same. Deception. The Website list lowest prices period. I found cheaper elsewhere. I can't stand a business that list an item on sale when its not. Would of been better to just say 'for sale'.

Easy process to order items and having delivered by FedEx helps with peace of mind.
They sent me a 1 OZ VALCAMBI BAR in ASSAY, The card was supposed to be attached. When I mention this they said You need to pay shipping, restocking, and Of all insults a potential loss because of the market. I get that under normal situ, but they sent $#*!. THe said F off. Find someone else and be be happy. Ampex is very reliable.

Everyone is Very Helpful at SD Bullion, and they have a Depository just over the Ohio State Line in Michigan.
Not what I expected from customer service. Would recommend they update how they talk to customers. And do not assume they are idiots and have never invested.

I ordered a bag of half dollars, should have been 200 coins, only received 199 coins and one of those stuck to a magnet. Sd bullion customer service refuses to make it right, they offered me a fifteen dollar coupon. What a joke. I won't be spending thousands of dollars shopping with them. Obviously they can't be trusted.
Delayed due to overwhelming response to the economy, but that was stated ahead of time. I am sticking with these guys.

Answer: Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue. We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.

Once received, e-check, personal check, money order and cashier's check take 3-5 business days to process through our accounting system. Credit/debit card and bank wire payments take 2 business days to fully process. After that, it usually takes orders 1-3 business days to process through the shipping queue due to high order volume but could take slightly longer.
