Amazing condition for the product. Didnt have any problem to use the customer service regarding any issue so, I cant judge on the customer service itself.
One reason why I shop SD Bullion is because of the guarantee they offer on all there orders. After I wrote a email to the CEO he was very nice and paid for the return shipping on the gold buffalo that was dented and replaced it with another flawless beautiful 1oz gold buffalo. So SD Bullion made good on there guarantee and I was very thankful that the CEO took time out of his day to respond to my email and have that setup for me. I will continue to buy with them since that happened, hopefully it doesn't happen again. Thank you Mr Wall!
SD Bullion had been my go to for all large purchases of silver and now gold but after receiving a bad gold order and dealing with there customer service I will not be using SD Bullion for future orders if they don't stand behind the product they sell. A 1oz gold buffalo i got from them had a good size dent in it and when i reached out to there customer service they said that was normal and thats how most of there coins were. I paid a premium for a BU new coin and not a damaged one. If they cant stand behind the product they sell then i will not be using them anymore. That guarantee on there website isn't true!
I am happy with my order, I just wish it didn't take so long to get it. I was told they were investigating me that my order wasn't fraud when I called. They couldn't tell me why. I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from the fraud department and I was told they will call you if needed, you can't call them. So not happy with customer service. Super happy with the piece I got.
I placed an order with SD mon 3/20 and sent a wire thru Bof A rt away. It says money has to be recieved 1-2 days after the order is placed. I was out of town but called my back later that weekend to see if my wire transfer went through. They couldnt find it. I figured my first order was expired so i placed another order, not only paying the higher price but also doubling my order. I again wired the money again. That one went through. I called to explain to Birch what happened and they threatened me and said i have to either pay 35 cancellation fee or the full order amount of the first order. Heck of a way to thank people for their business and their persistence to do biz with their company. I spoke to Frank, the customer service manager and he refused to let me speak to his manager, refused to give me his full name and refused to give me his employee ID number. He would not give me someone above him to speak with.

Orders are locked in once they are placed, as stated in the Terms of Use you have to agree to prior to placing the order.

Company charged me $50 fee because I filed credit card chargeback on the order that didn't arrive. Below is customer service message to me. Since when did company charge consumers $50 fee for filing a chargeback? I filed claim on BBB to resolve the issue.
We received a charge back for this 07/09/2019. Since you were unwilling to follow our process for a lost packagewhich would have been much faster than filing a charge back a month lateryour account has been suspended indefinitely and a balance of $50 to cover fees imposed on us because of this unnecessary charge back is due.
Dissatisfied I placed an order for four 10 ounce silver bars. I paid for this order with a USPS money order. After almost a week, when I hadn't received email notification that my order had been sent, I called customer service to inquire about my order. I was told the bars I ordered were not available. I was not told this when I ordered them, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen that bar or gotten them from a different source. Also, I was not notified about the unavailability when my money order was cashed. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't have my silver or even a delivery date as to when I will get it. I have bought silver from places other then SD Bullion and have never had this kind of problem. Customer service is very important for businesses and I feel SD Bullion has let me down in a big way with this order.

They sent me a 1 OZ VALCAMBI BAR in ASSAY, The card was supposed to be attached. When I mention this they said You need to pay shipping, restocking, and Of all insults a potential loss because of the market. I get that under normal situ, but they sent $#*!. THe said F off. Find someone else and be be happy. Ampex is very reliable.

My order is almost 4 weeks late then UPS delivery company tells me have to pay $264.00. UPS want's money in their account and telling me SD Bullion is charging me for it? Told them have pay SD bullion for product and for delivery and also told them if SD Bullion want's the money why is it in your account funny they couldn't answer the question and told me to speak to SD Bullion. This is the second problem l have had wont be a third.

We accept bank wires, personal and certified checks, electronic checks, postal money orders, Paypal, Bitcoin as well as Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Bank Wires would require you to take our account information to your bank to have them transfer the funds. Banks usually charge a fee for this service.
For personal/certified check payments you would mail the check into our PO Box.
Electronic Check - Must use the option at checkout to link to your bank checking account.
