I was so disappointed. I ordered a smalk cause at 115 pounds i am usually small to medium. It was so tight that I couldnt get it on. I loved the pattern so i ordered a medium. So it seemed okay but when i stRted working ir was so restrictive i could not reach for things. U cant return when worn and i lost all shopping costs on the first shirt. I spent 50 dollats trying to find one top. Be careful these run so small to size and sewen funny where you cant lift your arms forward. They are short in back as well.
I ordered a medium jacket and paid almost $60 for it. Couldn't even get it on. All my other coats that are mediums fit great and even a little big. They refuse to return due to embroidery. I understand that can't be resold but they should let everyone know these fit too small! Very very poor. Don't buy from them

Odered a top, received pants. I called customer service, explained the situation, and emailed a photo if wrong item as directed. After waiting disproportionately long for the correct item, I checked for email from Scrubs and Beyond. My email to them was "rejected as spam". Who sets up a customer service line to reject email?!? I'm guessing a company that doesn't care about customer service.
I call again, angry this time. I got the basic " sorry, will send right item" reply. But this time they want pants returned and sending a return label via PDF file. I asked for a physical label because I do not have a printer. The respone...'Sorry can't be done, Go to FedEx store, sorry for inconvenience"
I tell him I am angry that their mistakes have become my problem and going out of my way to find a FedEx store totally defeats the purpose of shopping online.
His response..."sorry"... that's it... one word... no attempt to assuage the inconvenience.
A three week wait plus a drive to FedEx for a $25 scrub top is NOT a good value.
So that's it. If Scrubs and Beyond is happy with this level of service, I'm done... unless their is a problem with the "right item" that is supposedly enroute, then I will be forced to deal with them again

I called customer service today to check on the status of my. I ordered 6 items on 9/16 making sure that all of the items ordered were "in stock". The confirmation email I received stated to allow 4-6 business days for delivery and I did receive one of the items ordered on 9/28/2020. I will say that the one item received is great and am very pleased with it. Unfortunately I did not receive the remainder of my order as promised within the 4-6 business day time frame. I was told by the customer service representative that I spoke to that the "remainder of my items were being shipped straight from the manufacturer" and would take additional time to process. That is not what my order stated- that all items were in stock and would be shipped within 4-6 business days. I then asked to cancel my order and was told that this was not possible. I was then transferred to a supervisor (Amanda) who was anything but apologetic, simply stated that she would "send an email to the warehouse asking that the remainder of my order was cancelled." That makes no sense to me whatsoever! She had no reference number for my phone call, no cancellation # to give me. I am very disappointed in this company and will make sure that all of my friends and are aware of the poor customer service provided today. I will never shop at Scrubs & Beyond again (in store or online). Shame on this company!

I ordered several items from Scrubs and Beyond, one of the tops I received had a stain on it. I called customer service to receive an exchange, the rep said they would send me a return label to email for the exchange, I never received it. I also did not receive a jacket that I ordered. When you call customer service it goes to a call center in another country, you don't deal with the actual company. The customer service is awful, I will never order from Scrubs and Beyond again, and will tell my friends to not order from them.

Do not order from this store! I ordered from them because they seemed to have a large selection of scrubs and because the site said free returns. First it took over 2 weeks to get my order. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me but that seemed too long. And when I looked at the tracking it showed that my order arrived in Memphis and was shipped fro there to Missouri and back to Memphis where it stayed for over a week. I contacted them about this and their excuse was the Hurricane. I love in Nashville. Lol. Well then nothing in my order fit so I decided to return all of the items. That is when I discover that they do charge a return shipping fee. So they are very misleading. But I did return my order promptly and it has been over 2 weeks with no refund. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. So much trouble for nothing!

Not going into a long story, but basically I ordered two tops and two pants, which I needed within two weeks. Both showed in stock and a delivery time of 4-6 business days. They charged my account. Three hours later I received a notice that the tops were on back order. Tried to cancel the whole order and was informed that I could only cancel the ones on back order. Said I would have had to cancel within one hour, even though they didn't notify me u til three hours later. Scam artists. Received the pants today and was going to send them right back, but after reading the comments and BBB, I cannot afford to wait 8+ weeks for a refund. Worst customer service ever. Worst policies ever. Will never order again, and will warn all other nurses.

I ordered 4 items in May of 2020. It is mid August and I still am waiting on one item that was backordered. I've never had problems like this before. Always received my orders promptly. Chat people have been nice, it's not their doing but internal workings of this company need some serious work. If a person pays up front, there should be communication about the delay, a discount for the lengthy time to receive... something for the customer. If I hadn't pursed this, I still would have not heard anything about my order. I have had no emails regarding WHY this is delayed. I will not be ordering from S&B again. There are other sites that are more responsible.

I have ordered 3 different times. The very first order nothing wrong. It came fast no problems. 2nd and 3rd order? I'm getting extra tops and pants the same that I didn't order. I called Customer Service? They can't stop an order, they can't cancel the order, and they can't fix mistake of multiple pants. So why have Customer Service. They were pleasant but they can't help you! Waste of time.

Scrubs & Beyond was a nightmare to deal with. A simple return (scrubs were too big) with the original packing slip, tags on garments and garments in their original packing bag took EIGHT WEEKS to process. During the eight weeks between May and July I had to send multiple emails to customer service and make three phone calls to inquire about the status of my refund & when it would be processed, after seeing the tracking number on the return indicating that the items had been received by Scrubs & Beyond, but my credit card had not been credited! It was a super frustrating process to get my money back. I'm used to "easy" online shopping where returns are processed in a timely fashion, not after two months. If you enjoy wasting your time, being frustrated and paying shipping fees to return things, go ahead and buy something from Scrubs & Beyond. I'll shop almost anywhere else at this point.

Went to the Waterfront location for embroidery with previously purchased scrubs from the online site and an employee with the name tag "Catherine" gave me a hard time for purchasing my scrubs from a 3rd party when the scrubs were purchased online since the store did not carry my sizes the past 3 times I was in store. I am offended and would like to make it aware that this employee (who was not even the one helping me) was unnecessarily rude.

I ordered back in April a number of scrub pants. Estimated shipping was 2 weeks with the international provider GlobalShopex. It is now the end of May and I have been refunded by paypal as the items never delivered. Contacting both Scrubs and Beyond and GlobalShopex has been a nightmare. Emails left unanswered, minimal shipping updates. Totally infuriating. Order your scrubs from literally anywhere else. This company is an absolute joke.
Absolute nightmare. I would sooner go to Salvation Army thrift shop to buy used scrubs than ever deal with these people again. Screwed me on original order and on a makeup order too.

I ordered 4 women's scrub tops and paid via PayPal. I reviewed 3 out of 4 scrub tops. It showed quantity (4) at the bottom and the correct amount for the 4 items on my packing slip but only 3 items were on the packing slip. I sent customer service numerous emails trying to figure out where my 4th item was and never heard back. Will not be ordering from this website again.

This company provided the worst customer service I have ever received. I have been dismissed by numerous customer service reps. They sell scrubs to healthcare workers and you would think given the pandemic they would do anything they could to support their customers. I am disgusted in this company. Do not support them as they do not support their health care professionals.

Good quality scrubs, but quite expensive for limited selection. My stethoscope was much cheaper at the manufacturer's website, and the help was limited in a busy store.

Placed an order for one jacket and three tops on July 23rd. I specifically needed the three tops before August 5th, and according to their website, total transit time for shipping was 4 to 6 business days. All four items ordered showed in stock. I received a shipping confirmation on July 24th saying the jacket had been shipped but no mention of the three tops. On July 28th I sent an email to customer service inquiring about the remaining three items. To date, I have yet to receive a response. I called the customer service number on July 30th to ask why my other three items were not shipped and they could not find my order. I was placed on hold and finally told to call back in an hour because their computers were "in maintenance". I magically received a shipping confirmation in my email shortly after and after calling. I called again to find out what the delay was. My items were supposed to be delivered by July 31 at the latest. The representative told me the items were on backorder. I informed him that I had specifically checked to make sure the items were in stock before ordering. All he could say was that the computer had made a mistake. Now my items will be delivered three days after I needed them. I would return the entire order for a refund but after reading this company's complaints on the BBB, it's not going to be worth the hassle. Will never make another purchase from this company.

I did not have the experience of the previous reviewer. This was my first time using Scrubs and Beyond and I was very satisfied. I found the scrub tops I normally wear at a very reasonable price, ordered them without difficulty, and they arrived on time and were just what I ordered. I had a bad experience with another company and plan to use S&B in the future.
