Scrubbi

We moved recently. Of course, I was thinking I'd be able to get everything done myself before we had to hand over the keys, including cleaning the place. Well in the eleventh hour it became pretty apparent that was not going to happen. I called Scrubbi and they were able to fit us in the same day. Our place was cleaned perfectly and all our interactions with them, from booking, to the cleaner, to the wonderful lady who called after our cleaning to make sure we were satisfied, we're all so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

I worked for them for nearly 6 months. They stopped paying me and it turns out many others have been scammed by them. Please don't waste your money hiring them, they rip off their cleaners off as much as they rip clients off. We have to pay for supplies, gas, and are made to attend jobs far away from where we live. I am still waiting for my last pay, I email them regularly and their responses claim they have passed my concerns to accounting, that they are "actively working on this matter". All lies.

My cleaner came yesterday and did a fantastic job. They even left us a cute note letting us know that an amazon package had been dropped off and where they left it. Very impressed by the service and will be looking into a longer term contract.

My partner and I both work full-time and we simply do not have time to clean our home. Scrubbi came to the rescue. Our cleaners are always so nice and do an extremely great job. Their customer service team is always extremely helpful as well. Keep it up, Scrubbi!

Really great service! I was in an ATV accident and couldnt really get much cleaning done but Scrubbi was super helpful. They took instruction well and didn't mind me Wheeling around the house while they cleaned.

Booked a service for my girlfriend awhile back, but we had to delay it due to COVID restrictions in her building. Scrubbi was super helpful about pausing the service for me until she could use it. Service went extremely well and she was absolutely thrilled with the results.

I tried different company's before but this has been by far the best experience. From. T he initial booking up to the cleaning eveything was 100% satisfying! I'll be booking regular cleanings. Thank you!

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company, especially the so called premium move out clean. You'll pay a premium but the services listed are not, as the website would have you believe, all included. They should be since it's billed as a "worry free set price". WORRY! Nothing that would be usual in a move out clean, despite being listed on their site is included. They count on the fact you are stressed to cut corners or charge more. After paying over $500 the stove and fridge were not touched, among other problems and the buyers want to sue. I contacted Scrubbie and they could care less, that's when they point out the tricks. They won't fix the mess they left or issue a partial refund. Doing the work yourself is preferable then being "taken to the cleaners".

We had called in Scrubbi at the last minute since may in laws were coming over and, to be honest, I hadn't cleaned the stuff they "inspect" whenever they come over so Scrubbi got it all done the next day! We signed up for a service every two weeks after that and it's amazing! I get to spend so much extra time doing other stuff around the house (organizing, primping, ect.).

Over the past year my partner and I have received nothing but great cleanings and tremendous customer service from this company.
We initially started with a move out cleaning in 2019 and then took advantage of a really good deal after and continued for a year after. We will continue with this company as they have been dependable and accountable every time they have needed to come, and that's saying a lot with everything going on in the world right now.
Very happy overall and if you want a good cleaning company Scrubbi is definitely one to look at.

They scam their employees.

We signed a contract for 12 mos and they ghosted us and stopped showing up after 3 mos, owing us $1800.00
Worse company ever, and cleanings were average, falling between mediocre to good.

The service was seamless from booking to the finished clean.
The cleaner arrived on time did a wonderful job was efficient and friendly! Customer service followed up after the clean to make sure I was satisfied. What a wonderful company! I'll be booking more services going forward!

My fiancée is currently working for scrubbi but won't anymore. They haven't paid her for her hours since February 17th and they are ignoring her calls and not responding much to her emails. This is ridiculous behaviour from this company. Do NOT use their services. They also never train their employees, they send you across cities without any breaks between appointments and won't pay for your gas nor supplies, time travelling etc.

Did a horrible job. Would not use again. Customer service rep was condescending. Left sink overflowing with dishes even though my dishwasher was empty. Folded my dirty clothes left in the bin. Through my clean clothes left on my dresser in a big pile on my bed. Super odd.
