We had tenants that needed to go and Scrubbi helped with the mess they left. No way I could do it myself, it was all too much to handle. Thank you Scrubbi, they arrived and got started right away with no hesitation.
The quality of cleaning is excellent. They are dependable. A morning appointment is very important to me and they always keep that time frame. I also feel very confident that my home is secure during their visits. Merry Maids is not inexpensive but the quality of service and peace of mind is worth the extra expense I may pay.
I will NEVER hire this company again! First clean was NOT done properly. Another time the cleaner showed up 40 min late and I had left for work because they were suppose to be there for 8am. Today was the WORST! The cleaner came to my house. Knocked on the door. Asked to use my shovel to clear the snow from his car and then left!
I have been using scrubbis for a few months now and I am happy with the level of cleaning I receive and the staff is very helpful. The only thing I was not aware of during my first cleaning was they do not do your dishes, which was explained to me why. Will definitely continue to use as it makes my life easier not to have to clean as well each month and more just maintain my home between periods between cleaners. If you need to change your appointments they have friendly staff who always help as well! Overall love the cleaning and flexibility. My one request would be for them to do dishes in the future!
Stay far away from this company. They are a joke! The cleaners are brutal and the customer service is even worse. You pay up front and once you give them your money they don't give a sh*t. I would recommend that anyone never consider this company.
Truly great company and services. They have great customer service and will follow up after a clean. Never have to worry about not being satisfied as they offer a satisfactory guarantee. I will never book with anyone other than Scrubbi.
The quality and the punctuality is excellent. I always choose morning appointments with scrubbi because its very peaceful to come back to a clean home. With scrubbi, now I have time for myself as I dont have to stress about cleaning anymore. Value for money.
Decided to try this company out after receiving a few promotional emails, I was skeptics all due to promotion being offered but I was very happy with the result. I have no signed up for a year of service and am excited to not have to deal with any of that anymore :)
I have personal damage to my oven from the cleaners from this last month. I contacted scrubbi to contact the cleaners to ask what chemical they used on my oven as the finish was completely stripped off. I have an older oven with the element burners ( tin foil inserts). Instead of removing the elements and tin foil inserts the chemical was sprayed onto my oven stripping the finish. I have pets in my home and between my pets and myself I do not want to be inhaling chemical that is on my oven burners. I reached out to scrubbi to complain and they offered to send me a cleaner out as at the same time I mentioned my floors were not done and dusting in some areas over looked. I signed up for a year and each visit I noticed the bathroom floors not done, and multiple areas never dusted or cleaned.
When they offered to send a cleaner out I declined, as I had cancelled my contract and was on my second last clean before our contract was over. I was asked to email photos to them, and have not heard back. I have called to leave voicemails, and emailed them. They are refusing to get back to me. I highly do not recommend you hire them to enter your home. Please see photo. You can see the mess under the burners and how clean my stove got after they sprayed chemical. If you do not know how to use chemicals properly do not use them. This oven looked brand new prior to these cleans. ( yes old school burners and tin foil inserts but it worked so well for my home!)
I booked appointments with scubbi to clean my home. They didn't show up and then still refused to refund me the cost of the service. When I asked how it was possible that I wasn't able to get a refund for service they didn't provide the manager told me that that is the policy. They never refund even when they are at fault. I said i would be writing a review. She told me that that was my choice and made it very clear that they don't care at all about customer satisfaction. She did offer me free cleaning. Is it really free if I didn't get the one i paid for? I paid for a month I'm so glad i didn't let them scam me into the whole year this service is a joke do yourself a favor save your money and go elsewhere
Initially they seem so helpful and great, but all they want is your money. I paid for 2 services as a trial before signing up for the annual subscription - the first service was not well done so i was waiting for the 2nd appointment to make a decision. WHILE the cleaning person was at my home they autobilled me for 2 more services that i did not want, request or plan to purchase ($560). I emailed and called immediately to have it cancelled and refunded and long story short - horrible experience. After many emails and calls, they made a 'one time exception' to refund me for a $50 service fee which they are REFUSING to waive. So they forced me into an unwanted contract, then charged me $50 to get out of it and were very rude on the phone and essentially hung up on me. DO NOT recommend doing business with them, they do not clean to the extent on the website, they are very expensive, and clearly dont care about the customer experience and just take your money against your will.
Had them come to 2 of my rental properties, they were able to book everything online, showed up with the proper products and did a good job. Tenants had no isssues and will continue to use them in the future
One of the bedrooms in my home is my husbands office, and as he is working during the cleaning, we have requested that cleaning is not required for that room and I love that they respect our privacy in that room. Thank you so much for the great work, I really appreciate the details and professionalism.
This company is terrible. They might send you a good cleaner, they might send you someone with zero experience. If you have a problem, they'll probably do nothing. I have a problem with billing and they won't fix it because their policy is that they don't give refunds. What business doesn't correct billing mistakes? Considering legal action.
I contacted them to perform a deep clean before moving in. The house was empty and someone was there for 8 hours. When I went to check I could see the floors were not clean and when I wiped a floor board, it was filthy. The toilets had a stain in the bottom. I let them know and they called to schedule their top cleaner to come the next day to re-clean. 15 minutes before the appointment they called to say cleaner was unable to come. They wanted to reschedule again but I needed to move in and home was filthy. I had to reclean the home myself. I requested a refund but have yet to receive a response. I will never use them again.
I had my first service from Scrubbi yesterday. I work a full time job so it's tough to keep up with the cleaning. When I walked into my home I was dazzled. My home looked so clean and smelled fresh! Its so nice coming to a clean home and not having to struggle to clean after a long day of work. I'm very pleased.
They didn't show up to the scheduled cleaning time and we haven't been able to get a hold of the company to get a refund.
I think these guys are a scam
My cleaner was amazing! We loved all the work that she did and the attention to detail! Due to COVID I have had to take some time off from cleanings but the person who came went above and beyond! She deserves a raise!

Communications and dealings with Scrubbi Head Office were professional. Our Cleaner showed up early and was presentable, polite and well prepared. She did a through job Cleaning starting with the Bathrooms and progressing to the Master Bedroom then general vacuuming and finishing with the Kitchen. She did some extras such as using our Steam Mop on the Floors.
I hired Scrubbies for a pre agreed on time 8 week period and paid them up front for the work. The cleaning was reasonable but inconsistent. At the end of the period they took $718.68 from my Amex without my approval - they new from the beginning that I did not want to continue with their service. I contacted them multiple times about this and they would not refund me the money. I contacted Amex who put a temporary hold but then later gave them the money after they showed that it was in their policy to make automated withdrawal - I never agreed to automated withdrawal, but it was buried in their terms of agreement, which of course I did not read in detail. They state that the automated withdraw was "for my convenience" - really? They stole my money and won't give it back!
Answer: My experience has been terrible, but others haven't been, so a legit company that does some scams?
Answer: I had another cleaning company bail on us the day of and Scrubbi ended up being able to find someone come to my home and clean it. Much better than my previous times with the other service (not going to s*it talk any other company). They have lived up to that sane standard since.
Answer: A promotion they were offering caught my eye and decided to try them out!
