I can only believe the positive reviews here are paid for by Scoresense. This organization is a scam intent only on swindling customers. The credit information inaccurate. Customer service deplorable. Cancellation is nearly impossible. Promises of follow-up from customer service all broken.

Just wondering what the difference is between Scoresense and Credit Karma? Other than your website costs $$$
First of all: it is NOT free. They give you 5 for days trial for $1 and then charge you $29.99 monthly if you don't cancel membership.
Cancelling membership is another issue. You can't do it on line, you MUST call, stay on hold until one of their reps answer the phone, answer whole bunch of "security questions and listen to a truckload of sales pitch crap.
Very happy to say that my experience with Score Sense was great. They are a thorough credit customer informational service. Kudos to you, Score Sense

Use credit karma. When I called to cancel, they offered the same product at half price. Cancellation is hidden and that is a red flag. There are free sites that do the same, or better yet, go to the three major bureaus directly.
I was very happy with their service. They always answered their phones in a timely manner. I wish that I could have kept the service but due to the pandemic, I was in a tight financial bind. I cancelled within the 7 day period and received all of my 3 credit scores a long with a full credit report for free. Much much better than free credit report. Com Their reports are easy to read. They even sent me a cancellation notice within a few minutes. I will refer them to my friends and family.

I got my scores easily but only by giving my credit card details, supposedly for a $1 refundable payment, but then only by also committing to a free week that defaults to a monthly charge. So -- NOT free as advertised.
I tried score sense with the 7-day trial membership. Very simple to navigate and informative. But I decided to cancel because I have some work to do on my credit. I spoke with Reese, who was very professional. Although he offered two other options to continue the membership there was no pressure. And I received my cancellation email right away. Customer Service is EVERYTHING! Thanks, I will refer my friends.
I have been a victim to identity theft since 2010. Thanks to this site I was able to determine which charges were mine and which were not. I truly appreciate the help and accuracy. Now that I can redeem my name and good payment history I will be back on my feet in no time. Even in a Pandemic I can feel safe knowing my score is accessible whenever I need it.
I wish I would have cared more about my credit when I was younger. It's really effecting me now as an adult and now that I know what needs to be done I'm going to do my best every day to get it taken care of.
This company is a complete scam and they will rob you in the same way they are supposed to be "monitoring" you. Customer service is ridiculous and upper management is dismissive and condescending. It's obvious they do not care about their consumers. Be warned. Go with Credit Karma much easier and better level of service.
The service personnel I spoke with was kind, but also fairly pushy in getting me to stay with the company. He was able to give me a reduced payment amount, which I did accept as I do appreciate everything Scoresense offers for identity theft coverage, etc.
I had Score Sense for about 5 months. During that time I received alerts from my credit cards about fraudulent activity on my social security number and on my accounts. Score Sense was NOT aware of ANY of them. If you are going to pay for a service make sure they actually do what they are getting paid for. Score Sense did absolutely nothing to monitor my credit. I get better service from Credit Karma and they do not charge anything. The worst part is I talked to several people about what happened and they said they do not monitor everything, so what is the point?!? Score Sense is a waste of money.
Good service. Please send me an email when to cancel to avoid a charge and you will have earned a fifth star. I cant really afford another monthly bill. I wish you had options to increase score quickly because I want to secure a house.
