“THANK YOU!”

Oliver S.

I was totally shocked on what I found on my credit report during my free consultation with Keon Lewis, but after reviewing everything with him, he came up with a quick and easy strategy to clean up the mess... I cannot say thank you enough!

“Rude Customer Service Rep named Mike”

Thompson L.
3/29/23

Contacted them after realizing that I missed my subscription deadline by 1 day (3/29/23). I already downloaded and watched the videos for my CLE, and didn't want access to the videos anymore, just access to the certificates so that I could get credit with the Georgia Bar. Did the chat services on their website with a guy name Mike, and I didn't like his tone, so I called. Well Mike answered and continued with the rude tone. Mike refused to let me get the credits. He did agree to refund the money I paid for the CLE reporting and still report the CLE's that I completed, which made no sense to me. Meaning they would rather give me back my money rather than just send the certificates. Just bad customer service. Other's offer 12 credits for $112 (MCLEZ.com), which includes the fee for reporting, and that is cheaper than Attorney Credits, even if you took 24 credits. So they are not even the cheapest. I've used both and their platforms work exactly the same, except for the payment for reporting.
