I was prompted to view my credit score for $1. I viewed my credit score one time, but really it was a $30 membership I never wanted. Misleading website. Asked for a refund and they gave me a refund for the $1 not the $30 membership. Great way to scam someone out of money I guess. Horrible. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I would not recommend. They say they give a seven day free trial, I canceled on the 7th day and they still charged me 29.95 the next day and would not refund me.
I wish to cancel this, tell me how to cancel. I didn't know there was a monthly fee. I can't do the monthly fee, so please cancel.

Great company easy to talk to and offers a great program
Good had two problems will be checking my credit scores periodically to make sure they're still accurate
$30 a month is ridiculous and canceling is a huge hassle that was slow and asked continued retention questions after I made it clear I wanted to cancel. Will not use again.
I can understand the hoops, but for an existing member who gave my password? I realize that you are protecting my credit and my name but couldn't it be a little easier?
I wanted to find out if my score was good enough for Amazon, as they offered a good savings on something.
So you pay 9.99 then paid 119.00 then 19.97 monthly didnt help my scores then cancelled in April 2021 received confirmation they are still taking 19.97 out after 5 months ive asked to cancel again and now they say they cant find my account but they can find my bank account because they are still taking money faithfully. Dont do it.
