Feels like a scam to me, I signed up for a free trial through a app, but when I went to cancel I couldn't get through to customer service and when I finally did they refuse to refund my money back to my acct, and even tried to get me to sign up for a cheaper subscription, this site is a scam and they make it so you can't reach them in time to cancel so they can hold to your money even after trying to contact them for several days

Dont reveal cost up front loss 30.00 called placed on lonfg hold. Clerk spent 7 minute try to convince after I told to cancell they cancelled but kept monet for non services
I didn't like the way I was directed to the site and then told I would have to pay for the information. I have since CANCELLED my subscription.
