My experience is good. Even though is good I really do not know how somebody will continue this without any dividend. I say this because I am not working; so it will be of no use to me.
I signed up by click bait and this was on a loan website. I never used the service and after being charged 30 bucks was denied a refund. Its a scam and a crappy way to do someone.
Everything is fine for now. Free for 7 days. Would like to retrieve my husbands too however, guess I will have to pay for another monthly fee. We will see how everything is. Thank you

Hate having to go back and make a phone call just to cancel. I was just trying to see a copy of my credit report, not a sign up for service and monthly charge.

The service is fine however the automatic enrollment stinks. You shouldn't advertise free reoort and then find out at the end it's like a gym membership.

I can understand the hoops, but for an existing member who gave my password? I realize that you are protecting my credit and my name but couldn't it be a little easier?
All seemed to go fairly smoothly. No big problems. Mostly challenged w/ how to get to where I wanted to go. Info matched my thinking about what I thought my scores would be. No great surprised.
$30 a month is ridiculous and canceling is a huge hassle that was slow and asked continued retention questions after I made it clear I wanted to cancel. Will not use again.
Be aware that u may become a member snd charged without knowing. I was charged $29.and didn't use service and didn't even know who they were and they would not refund me.
I wanted to see all my scores together and the range they were in. I went from very poor to fair. So, I happy with that. Will try to get my oldest accounts off and continue to increase my scores.
Do not give these people your credit card. They say they are providing your credit score. Truth is, you are signing up for a $30 per month auto charge on your card.
