This site is a scam I thought I was getting my FREE ANNUAL cridit report but they without me knowing enrolled me in some kind of membership which I did not want or need. They refused to credit my credit card back for charges. Stay away from this site.
The experience was fine. I had very few hassles and was pleased to discover that my credit rating average is over 840. I will follow up monthly to see if I run into any glitches.
It was a good, smooth and fast process. I've been on my phone a lot more since the Pandemic. Staying positive and busy as I browse and read the news is very important to me.

Once I seen my credit score I was looking at cards and it booted me off and I was not able to get back into my credit score and now I don't know who to contact to stop the payments that are going to come out of my account
The only reason for one star is you cannot give negative or zero stars. This company is a total ripoff. DO NOT fall for their 'free' credit checks.

I was a 'member' for 7 days before I caught their charge. Note: $40 not $30 to start with. They provided NO services, no anything in the 7 days, yet refuse to refund. Filed with CC processor.
Good details, some things I didn't understand but there are some sub descriptions available to tab and check to better understand.
OVERALL in respect to getting the actual credit report--Very good. However, I am having difficulty in finding out how the cancel this membership. Can you give me a clue?
I received my credit scores from all 3 credit companies and it brings comfort knowing there's going to be a turn around

I lost my job due to covid and can't afford to pay i asked for a refund they denied me only one refund on the 21of December the same day it suppose to come out my checking and i canceled my subscription the same day on the 21od December. They canceled my subscription for me and the next day denied me my 29.95 and said i wasnt getting it back... covid took my job i can't afford them to keep my 29.95. Who else can i talk to this is not right at all
