I got one then plug in bug catcher and it's been plugged up for almost a month and not one bug on it I emailed them took a few days for them to write back and then I emailed them back and they clam they didn't receive it been rough getting in touch with them. But it is a nice night light. I even moved it to 5 different places and still haven't got one bug.

Please don't buy anything from SC Johnson at a 150% retail mark up in the last few months look at the glad product then boycott!

I had recently contacted SC Johnson about the longevity of their plugin oil warmers. I simply was courteous of their life span. Because I had been using the same ones for nearly 2 years, I figured that they maybe in need of replacement. Mind you, I was only seeking information. Not only did they refund me the cost to replace them, their also sending coupons for their products. That is absolutely unheard of. Never expected and always appreciated! I'm certainly going to shop a bit wiser and look specifically for their products. I know not of any other companies that backup what they sell. Thank You S C Johnson. More companies out there need to implement your standards.

Hi I've been using your product for years I buy 15 canisters a month I just threw out 10 this month. There's no air it just squirts and goes all over my floor. And the price went up. So I tried the 2 packs n they do the same thing. I'm debating on wasting my money or finding something else.

They changed the formula and can of the Glade air freshener. It is horrible. Then they had a nerve to almost double the price. I will never purchase this again. Do better.

This product is very, very bad. I purchased multiple times and various stores and ALL of them has the same result. When you spray for insects, it looks like a shower of chemicals all over. Every surface beneath will be soaked and leave a residue to clean again. It makes you feel unsafe as you or kids might get sick when taken in either by breathing or orally due to all the residue. It is not worth the price to risk your health and mess it is making. I did contact the head office in South Africa and all they did was send me a voucher for the can i bought. No one cares and no one will do anything about it. Wow...it just shows how greedy they are about money and not customer orientated at all.

There are 8 items that J C Johnson does not clean. What? People who buy Shout do not read the label. The ingredients are so small that a microscope would not work. (Required by law). So much blank areas could be used to enlarge the print. Gentle for babies! How many baby clothes were tested to make that
