I got to the airport a little before 6am for the 8am flight I'd booked through ScholarTrip, only to discover that it's really a 6am flight, even though ScholarTrip told me 8:00am. Mulan with ScholarTrip was so amazingly *bad* and unhelpful, to the point where the gate agents were openly disturbed by her inability to do anything. I spent 5 hours repeatedly talking with Mulan by phone, and the result was that I was given no option but to re-book the flight for the next day, wasting a day of my life. I was left to either spend 24 hours sleeping on the floor, or to go get a hotel room at my expense (they refused to help). I don't understand all the happy reviews on this website -- are they fake? ScholarTrip is *horrible*. Never again!
Saves a lot of money for students when booking flights. Be happy to use ScholarTrip again and would recommend it.

My credit card was declined by cap one making sure I had made the charge. When I put info back it on credit card and paid again, the departure dates were different. I am okay with it but that should not have happened. So four star

Easy book and customer service lady who answered my call is very helpful.
I purchased my ticket and received a confirmation number from them, however they never purchased they tickets. When I called they said they had technical difficulties and my card was not charged. Meanwhile I have no tickets for my vacation. The confirmation number only means they received the request. Go directly to the provider or a reputable online company. (They may simply be scamming people by waiting to buy tickets cheaper and if not they don't buy your tickets)
Continuously, the flights I keep trying to book result in a transaction cancellation. For once, it would be great if the booking could go through instead of keeping being kept on the edge of my seat, waiting for a successful confirmation email response. I had to try to book my flight 4 times.

This company tried to scam me with two micro charges against my credit card. I tried to cancel the transaction, but they don't answer their phone and don't respond to email. The bogus charges caused my CC to be blocked, and I had to resort to cancelling the card and obtaining anew one.
Expensive flights for cheaper prices. This is a genuinely impressive website.

Booking is easy. I have received my confirmation email. I will have to get the tickets at the airport, as stated in the confirmation. Not sure why since I am going from Tampa in the US to US Virgin Islands.

I bought 2 tickets and missed somehow adding checked baggage. I contacted the support to help me with the request of adding some baggage and they sent me to the airline. The airline sent me to the flight operator. The flight operator sent me to the airline.
I started a thread with ScholarTrip this morning and until 9 PM I do not have a clear answer.
I bought the tickets from ScholarTrip and they should contact whoever they need to contact to help me.
Really disappointed.
It would not let me book at first then I had to pay an additional $65 dollars after buying my tickets because the price went up before they finished confirming it. I paid to upgrade from basic economy to regular economy solely so that I would have a carry on bag for my flights and once I finally got my tickets when I opened them up they have no carry on bag. There has been so much back and forth and BS i should have gone with a different company!
It would not let me book yesterday i paid extra for a carry on and then the ticket said no carry on
When I book a flight NOT threw scholar trip I (student univers) I get the ticket confirmation right away. BUT THREW SCHOLAR TRIP YOU GOTTA WAIT VERY LONG. Think if you booked a last minute flight... you will get your confirmation after the flight leaves...
