I did a reorder from years ago and what came wasn't good, so after writing them they discovered a different oil was used originally. They ordered the correct oil and scent new bottles which turned out right on the money. A scent I've always loved but wasn't made anymore by the original manufacturer.

Perfume is one of my essentials, as all women know perfume can be our best accessory and it must be right. When I saw ScentMatchers advertisement and read the reviews I was very intrigued. I ordered a Jo Malone fragrance reproduction as it was one of my favorites, and ScentMatchers does not use alcohol so I was excited to have a long wearing more fragrant version of the original. I did receive the perfume, but it was not very strong nor longwearing. I reached out to them and they re-made the fragrance and shipped it via Fed-Ex. I am pleased with the end result. The only thing I would suggest to ScentMatcher is to be sure to send the customer's email that order has been received and is being made. This is where I had a problem with ScentMatcher in the beginning, but once they answered my emails things went much more smoothly. I look forward to ordering more fragrance from them.

Each and every time I have had a problem with a purchase, Scentmatchers has responded within a matter of hours via email and have sent me replacements with no additional charge. They have duplicated my discontinued fragrance very well. Acapela by Mary Kay has been my fragrance for at least 30 years and I continued to purchase it on ebay or amazon as long as I could afford to. I was overjoyed to find I could get a replacement at an affordable price. Every day someone tells me how nice I smell and want to know what I am wearing. I am a loyal customer.

My scent was a complete disappointment. I immediately tried to contact them (4 Times) always being polite and respectful. I have never heard from them. They took my money and gave me a sent I cannot wear.
Have had difficulty finding Gucci 1 since it is no longer produced, but is the only perfume my wife really likes. When I saw the ad for ScentMatchers I was excited at the prospect of getting it replicated for a reasonable price, but when the first try was not even close, we sent a sample to help, and alas, it is still not a good replica. I thought for sure with us being able to provide a sample they could match it, but wife wants me to keep looking for the real thing (at an excessive cost)
The time it took from start to finish was fast. The perfume smells identical to the original. I was emailed with progress and information throughout the process. I ordered multiple bottles for my wife based on the reviews and we weren't let down. Great service and product, THANK YOU!
