I had my doubts that the custom scent concocted for me at an event could be matched but I truly love it so I gave Scentmatchers a try. They were meticulous and took extra time to evaluate and order additional ingredients. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process alerting me that this was a difficult match to make. In the end the product they delivered was great! The bottles were lovely. On first sniff I could tell there was a slight difference so I compared the original to the match... OK - keep in mind this is a completely original scent I am trying to have matched and not a known brand name perfume! But, yes, on first sniff there was a difference - the original seemed to have a deeper, richer first sniff - BUT once on my wrist and definitely after a couple of minutes the two scents were virtually identical. Not sure how that works I am very happy with the end result!

So excited to finally find a company that can create my favorite fragance from the mid '80s. I am now a proud owner of some sort of fragrance (that smells horrible!) that i didn't order. Hopefully the company will refund my money. Otherwise i will file a complaint with the BBB. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
First of all it took 3 days to get in touch. When I fi ally did they acted like I was bothering them and told me to use the web site to order but I had a issue needed a live person. Plus I emailed you in July of 2018 with an issue and never received a response. Happy pretty much with the product but not with the customer service
I found 2 of my favorite discontinued scents. Really hopeful they can get the aromas close. Happily anticipating the results.

I ordered some fragrances in an attempt to connect my dad who has Alzheimers with his past in the 1970's. Scentmatchers were very sensitive to my needs and made our family grateful for the connection.
I didn't realize how long it would take to fill my order when I placed it back in January. As a week out of town was coming, I used the chat option to send a message stating that I would be gone on certain dates and did not want liquid to be delivered and sit on my porch at below zero for days. Second message, no reply until I got email saying it had been shipped, expected arrival date the first day I would be gone. I had to set up an account on UPS and pay $5 to change the delivery date. They did refund the $5, for which I am thankful. If I had known how long it would take to fill the order I would have waited until I was back. Also if they had read my first email they should have been able to delay filling the order at their end and avoid the problem.
I was very pleased with my order! I was surprised how close this was to my long-lost perfume of decades ago! The scent that I ordered reminded me of a very happy time in my life, so when they could match it so wonderfully, it made me relive those special days. Thank you so much, ScentMatchers! I gave up looking for Flora Danica years ago! It has always been my all-time go-to fragrance. Then I found Scentmatchers and I now have 2 bottles of Flora Danica and the lotion, as well. The people I dealt with were superb and kept me informed during the process of replicating my fragrance. I received it faster than I had expected and I am beyond thrilled. What a great company this is!
They missed the mark on this one. I ordered the Green Apple by Max Factor and it does not smell like the original at all. I wonder how they can create a fragrance they have never smelled. Very disappointed
I got my perfume today and couldn't be happier. It is packaged well and comes with a pretty satin bag. The scent is recreated perfectly! I just keep smiling everytime I catch a whiff. The "perfume" I received smells nothing like the scent I requested.
The only smell is overwhelming talcum powder. They do not offer a money back guarantee. What about customer satisfaction? Buyer beware - do not use them! I'm not sure any 5 star reviews are verified. Shame on me for not believing the 1 star reviews.

I ordered Fendi and was so pleased with their reproduction. I still had some original Fendi lotion and the scent was right on! Wearing my new Fendi fragrance was like taking a trip back in time.

Terrible experience. The product I was searching for was on their list and it does not even come close to being a match. I complained and they had the nerve to ask if I would send them a sample!?... please... This is supposedly their line of work, they should have their own samples. Ridiculous, no wonder they refuse to give refunds, they would never make a profit!
I'm so happy to have found ScentMatchers! For years now, it has become more and more difficult to find Galore cologne, on the internet, to purchase at a dept. store was not possible any longer. Not only was I able to order the cologne, the body lotion was available too and that has been unavailable for a long time. No one knows that my signature fragrance, is not the original. I still receive compliments all the time. "you sure do smell good" I should also add that I love the fact that the name galore is replicated in the style of the original logo as it was years ago, and on the lotion bottle as well.
The maker of my favorite perfume stop making it about 4 years ago. I very carefully used my last bottle until it broke. I looked all over the web and stores to find a match. I even went to a custom fragrance maker, but, know one could reproduce my fragrance.
I took a chance on the Facebook site. I am soo glad I did. My perfume is a great match. I bought two bottles. So now I can use it everyday.
My order was not close to what I was wanting. However, ScentMatchers offered to try again and told me to keep the original bottle they made for me instead of returning it. I am currently waiting on their do-over and am sure it will be better this time. Very nice and cooperative people and I will do business with them again in the future.

Shortly after Scentcrafters formed, Adam and Angela also started their life together as husband and wife. Literally a couple months after that, Angela found out she was pregnant with their first child. At that time Scentmatchers was also created. Needless to say, it was a busy period for the Schultz's!
Scentmatchers started after Scentcrafters' customers repeatedly asked if we could also provide a service to bring discontinued fragrances back to life. After enough people asked us this, we eventually woke up to the idea that, "Hey, we should give people what they want."
In 2013 we took the next step as a company and hired our first employees. We now have over 28 years of combined experience producing discontinued fragrances, and to date we have sold over 100,000 individual bottles of discontinued fragrances.
In 2014 we decided to increase our commitment to customer service and we hired our first full time Customer Service Manager, Pravin. We pride ourselves on providing quick and prompt customer service as repeat business becomes the cornerstone of our company.
In June of 2017 we increased the amount of perfume oil we used in fragrances by 50%, which we feel increases the quality of our product by it more potent and longer lasting.
In 2018 we created this new streamlined website on the Shopify platform that we are very excited about. We also added 2 more full time employees as the business continues to grow.
