Scents are authentic and great but shipping sucks whoever is in charge of shipping is going to ruin this company
First order shipping took forever and received the wrong scent then ordered I didn't like it so my first try was my last

But we're working hard on improving our shipping times. Our warehouse does follow a meticulous fulfillment process to prevent wrong fragrances to be shipped out, but alas, sometimes mistakes happen. When you contact them they send an automated message that provides a link to "cancel subscription" that link just bring me to my account page with no way to cancel my subscription in sight. They took money from my PayPal that my friend had to loan to me for my power bill. I am living on the poverty line. I was very worried my account would go into the negatives but luckily PayPal refunded me. This only happened today so hopefully everything turns out all right but scentbird has horrible customer service and i would never recommend them to anyone. I only used the service twice to get my fiancé some cologne and tried to cancel but the only options were to change frequency or upgrade my service. I am so frustrated. Do not use scentbird! Even if it seems affordable! I cannot even find a way to delete my account! The images provided show the automated email I received from them and I had even mentioned in the email to them that my item had not even shipped yet, image also provided. DO NOT USE SCENTBIRD UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SCHILL OUT 18 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR THEIR DISAPPOINTING FRAGRANCES.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
