Oh where do i start with this $#*! show?! Alright so to start i subscribed to both scentbird and scentbox. Scentbox was late with my first scents but they quickly made up for it and re shipped my scents and got it to me in two days! Scentbird however was a whopping 23 days late on my first scent! Oh wait thats not all... They were extremely hard to get a hold of. Eventually someone emailed me. But the email was full of excuses. They even told me to be patient! Heres my first thought in my head,"how the $#*! are you going to tell me to be patient, first of all you took my money, where the $#*! is my $#*! i paid for." So two weeks later i finally got my scent. And it was a good one. So i give them that. And they did give me anothet one for free, so i have to give them a star for that. HOWEVER, i have un subscribed with scentbird because of the lack of communication. AND because im sitting in the same boat as last month =-(. So if you go on the site it says that when you subscribe yo scentbird and pick your smell, they will ship out a few days later. Hahahahaha oh the lies! So if anyone is wanting smelly good stuff, i suggest scentbox! They have a way larger selection! They communicate and they are not late every single month.
Run away from scentbird. Run for your lives! Ahhhhhhhh
This business is an alternative to potentially pricey fragrance buys, they have a variety of fragrances for a monthly fee. (Scent of the month club) The packaging and scent deployment system is great, most scents come with paperwork regarding the scent notes in that fragrance. I say most because I have not always received them with my scent of the month.
The variety of fragrances could be better, I can't speak of the feminine side of things, but it seems that the men's scents that I want to try out are the more expensive sort. This is where you are charged $10 to $15 more per month.
On the positive side, I love trying new colognes, and rolling the dice to try a new scent for me is worth the $20 monthly cost. I have actually purchased one of the colognes I have tried on here through another site. They have a system that efficiently tracks which scent you want to receive & a user has the freedom to move your choices around so you can strategically pick a spring or winter scent in the proper season. Overall, their site is very easy to navigate, very professional.
To be critical, some of the colognes have turned out to be duds. I can't blame scentbird for this, in fact I am grateful to not be stuck with what would become a hundred dollar bathroom spray. Objectively speaking, some of these scents were ones that scentbird tacked on the extra $10, so that sucks. Another negative is the variety. There are some fragrances that I would like to try from major brands that scentbird does not have as options yet.
So, I like the idea, I love my colognes, but if scentbird doesn't provide me with more variety, I will be moving on. I also think that some of the niche scents should be offered for a discounted price, & I would be more willing continue as a subscriber. For the expensive 'dud' scents, why not comp me with a cheaper, lesser known fragrance?

This website is a ripoff and to expensive. I subscribed I was supposed to have a free month pulse the month I paid for it was a scam. I tried canceling my subscription and all it did was pop up with " why are you canceling your subscription" "stick around and we will give you a discount on your next order" it was so freaking annoying it glitched and said I subscribed till July which I never did. This website also DOES NOT DO REFUNDS I tried get my money back but it said I couldn't because I was already charged even though I never made the purchase. They also keep your card on fill and charges your card. Now I have to wait till July to CANCEL my subscription!

I was a member and recieved my first order Sept 2016. I placed several orders with issues so i cancelled. I thought ai would give Scentbird another try. I placed my order in 9/7/2020. After several emails, because they don't have a customer sevice number I recived my order 9/28. I did not recieve a case and when i asked for one I was told we gave one with your first order... that was in 2016. Before I posted my review I want to see what the Better Business Bureau had to say about Ssentbird. Allow me share

BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning delivery fulfillment and customer service issues for Scentbird Inc. Consumers are telling BBB about problems they encounter after signing up for a subscription service with this company. Many consumers claim they still haven't received the expected monthly shipment from the company even though many weeks have passed since it was expected to be received. Numerous consumers reportedly encounter a lot of difficulty getting a response the Scentbird about the delivery status of their orders, despite multiple attempts to each them by email and Facebook. Some consumers also claim they have issues cancelling the monthly subscription fees and obtaining a refund of these charges from the company.
This is an amazing business, the quality perfume vials smell so amazing. Each vial gives at least 30 spritz.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
