Each perfume I have received thus far has been genuine, unique & what I personally picked just for me. You can not beat this product especially for the price. Plus, for each person you refer you get one free! You can't beat it!
I received my first two orders but haven't received anything since October. They have taken my money EVERY month but no product... Then they sent me an email telling me to update my billing info. No, thank you. You don't deliver on your end, you won't get another dime from me. Extremely disappointed...

I'm a big fan of this subscription service. I enjoy having an array of scents to choose from in my collection however I often tire of them after a couple months. Scentbird offers a fair priced subscription for 8ML vials and have an incredible selection to choose from, both man and women scents. I highly recommend to anyone that has no need for larger, often over priced bottles of cologne and or perfume and prefers to switch up their scents!

The scent is amazing! Sweet smell, makes me feel sexy, elegant, and classy. I love the fact that you can try a scent without having to buy an expensive whole bottle that you may not like. The variety is amazing!

I had a great gift idea. Scent bird. Took my money and never sent my product. I cant call anyone / emails take days to get back to you. I looked a fool when she didn't get her gift. POOR, POOR, POOR customer services. I would never use this service again.

I place my first order in August 2018. Here it is October and I finally got my first order! Everything on scentbird says that with your first order you also get a free refillable case, I did not get that. So Not only was my order two months late but I also did not get all of the order that I was supposed to get. I've been in contact several times with the company asking for a refund, asking for an explanation, asking for help with no response. I have gotten nowhere and I'm beyond infuriated with this whole process. I would highly encourage you to steer clear of this company and I have since cancelled my subscription.

Don't waste your tome or money. They charged me 3 times with nothing delivered and told me they printed the shipping label and it will be sent when they can get to it. 3 charges and zero products and then told me I can not cancel for a refund. SCAM

When I first subscribe to Scentbird I did not know the joy I would have in the different fragrances that they have sent to me, which has been just phenomenal. I've always been the type of woman that love smelling good, who wouldn't want to. Continue to send those wonderful sweet smells to me and please cater more to the Sweet smells for me. I received at the same time my first two months of this subscription. I love Scentbird and the perfumes I have selected: Wisteria Blue and Light Blue. I also really like the presentation and packaging, I will undoubtedly continue to try new perfumes. However I do not understand how they fail to not include the name of the perfume brand on the package. If I'm going to have 12 or 20 equal capsules, in this case the same color, how will I identify which one is which? At least they should add a sticker with the name of the brand to stick it to the jar, or a band to at least have where to write it. What do you do, the ones that have many Scentbird fragrances, to identify the jars? A lot of fragrance will be wasted if you decide to go spraying each one until you find the one you are looking for.

Have you ever bought a expensive perfume because kt smelled so good on some else. Only to find. Out it doesnt smell that good on you! What a waste of money! Scentbird is.the perfect answer. Every month you can get a different perfume for only about 13 dollars.

Awesome way to save money but still get quality colognes and perfumes. I didn't want to spend tons of money on a retail bottle of cologne and be stuck with it if I didn't like it. Scentbird allows me to try colognes and if I like them I can order a 30-day supply for the next month. Overall highly recommend it!

I love the scents of the month, I have yet had a bad experience with the company. And they have great customer service. I would highly recommend using them for anything I needed for gifts. My family enjoys the gift and when they say they say they will replace something they will. Not only that they have good timing for shipment.

I found I could never commit to buying perfume for so much money at the department stores not knowing if I was going like the smell to wear often. With scent bird it not a lot of money I won't be upset if I don't love the product. Like being surprised each month. I have received any I didn't like, I wouldn't say I loved all but the ones I do I will buy full size without hesitating.

I decided to try Scentbird and subscribed, you can't see what fragrances they offer until you subscribe, after getting to look, they didn't have any fragrances I wanted to try so I immediately contacted them to cancel. They agreed to cancel and then just sent some random test tube of cheap cologne I didn't pick instead of refunding the $9.15 first charge like they should have.

I just had to dispute 2 random $216.00 charges from Scentbird on my card, 3 months after I canceled. My bank did some investigating, they had been double charging every month the entire year. We combed through and found a bunch of small charges that were overlooked. Turns out, many people have had these same issues. Scammy company. I will change my debit card # if they continue. Shame on you, Scentbird.

My friend introduced me to this site and I was instantly hooked. Then my fiancé got on board too so we not get one perfume and one cologne a month. Not only do the perfumes smell AMAZING and like way more than I could ever afford normally. And it's also so much fun to pick out new scents and see all of the ingredients that go into it. This site is honestly one of the best subscriptions out there. I've never been disappointed by them and will most likely be a lifelong customer. Joined over a week ago, was suckered on with all there ads like most others were. First order still hasn't shipped been over a week, there website says would take no more then a few days. Over a week my status stays at" Processing" and does not move from that. I wrote to company and got the same generic useless reply as all the other unsatisfied customers, "were sorry, our warehouse moved and we're behind". Duh, really, why not say that on your website( Maybe because they feel if there honest, nobody would join. May be a good company once they get it together, right now it's a total mess, you've been warned.

Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
