Very affordable never had any problems with my colonges very quick and on time never late so far every thing i picked they have it i recommend this to any male are female who in colongs are perfumes thank you and god bless
I'm starting my 5th month with Scentbird. So far I haven't received a scent I didn't like. I've had no issues with anything being broken in shipment and I really have no complaints at all. I Love getting a new scent every month. And I like the fact I can change it up whenever I want!
So in the beginning it was pretty cost effective, but you only receive one spray case cover in thr beginning and they run out of the Frangrances I would like to try. I was recently charged almost 40 dollars for one month. I could buy my own perfume for 50 to 100 dollars. Not worth it, too expensive
This company is a lifesaver for anyone who gets overwhelmed easy. I've always been interested in finding a perfume to keep always, but they always have so many in malls and stores. My senses start getting mixed up and smells start combining and it gets to me. With this company I can try the scents that I want in my home and I don't have to buy the full size anymore. It's so so helpful. And you get more than enough for the cost. It's so so worth it.
I am thoroughly enjoying my subscription. I live having the opportunity to try different scents. It's a small investment with a huge pay out. You don't have to commit to something you may not like. My husband loves the variety too

Every month, you get a vial of a new perfume (or two or three-depending on your preference) It is amazing to try different kinds that you normally wouldn't. It is an aroma journey that you will truly enjoy every moment of! Would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

I really believe this is the best way to test out your perfume products before you purchase. And the best part is that you can choose how much you want as well as its frequency. I love it and not only that this makes it so easy to carry the samples instead of a full bottle of perfume whilst traveling

I was charged January 22nd for an order I never received. It's now February 8th. I have reached out to company and the company refuses to contact me. There is no phone number and they will not return emails.

I have been pleased with the product and customer service I have received but they did change the case of the subscription bottles and I prefer the old ones. I have also heard it's hard to cancel your subscription.

I have been a member of scentbird for over a year as it is hard to get places to ship perfume to the rural part of Alaska that I live in. When I did get the products they were great. The problem is I have paid for more months where I got no product, than the months where I paid and actually received a product. I wrote customer service MANY times and they guaranteed me replacement products that also never arrived.

This is a con and a rip off. Once you subscribe you Cannot unsubscribe. They ignore your request and charge you. They will even upgrade your charge you more. They do not respond to emails, and there is no way to contact them other than email.
The products I received smell the same, and like the old Avon products from back in the day.
Check the Better Business Bureau before you throw away your money!

I just found out, they milked me out with a double charge on my Paypal account and on my bank account, which is linked to their account. I was under the impression they were charging me only through my bank account, and little did I know that was being charged through PayPal, which makes no sense. I'm going to process legally if they don't pay every cent they stole from both accounts. Some of their scents are original (that's what I think) but they sent you repeated cheaps scents, usually the ones, I believed, are declined by retailers. IT'S IS A SCAM to the T. Plus, they rob you silly. I wish that I could have rated the company with minus rather than plus stars. Scentbird doesn't deserve anything!

I read up on this service and decided to become a member. I sighed up and did not receive my item for a month. Meanwhile they were already trying to take money from my card two weeks after I sign for the next month. I tried to contact them with no help. No the way to do business. No at all happy with the service I received.

They deliver exactly what they offer. I have now tried many different colognes and found several that I really like. I would have never found these great scents otherwise. This is the perfect size to experiment and see if you really like a scent before committing to a full size bottle.

Before I subscribed I really didn't know anything about colones and different smell profiles or even I what I liked,but after a while of testing out different smells and such,it definitely helped me figure out not just what I like to smell like,but also a verity of different scents of occasions and just new brands to look into and maybe save up for.for the price it really is worth it and even if you ever cancel you at least have some good scents to live off of until you explore yourself :)

I'm a single mom and don't make a lot of money. I don't often buy things for myself but when it comes to perfume, I tend to splurge a little. With Scentbird I don't have to splurge anymore, I get new scents sent to my home every month, at a price I can afford. Perfume is something that makes me feel good about myself and I love that Scentbird can help me with that.

I honestly thought that this was a fabulous idea. I was immediately in. So to speak. I originally chose to be billed on a monthly basis, so should I decide that I wanted out, there would be no issue. Having done so without my knowledge, Scentbird decided to go ahead and bill me for the remainder of the year. Not only was this a problem for me, it was literally 4 weeks before I actually received my first scent. Furthermore, I received a defective item, and requested a replacement. I was told to provide an image of the above mentioned item before they were willing to move forward. I advised that they should be aware of the item that I had received due to the fact that they sent it. Never mind that. No resolution until I provided a photo. Therefore I took a picture of and emailed them. After due process, and several days of waiting the item was replaced. I'm definitely not completely satisfied with the system they use as well as their sales pitch. The pitch does not match the service.

A customer has to manually go through all the upgrade steps in order to upgrade the account to a new plan and pay for the upgraded plan. In case if you upgraded your subscription by mistake, our Team will gladly downgrade your plan and refund the upgrade charge. Please note that we require photos from all customers reporting damaged items. This is for quality control as we forward all photos to our fulfillment center so that we can continue to improve our products, report any possible defect trends, etc. Photos also show us exactly which fragrances or items need to be replaced, as customers might have multiple items within one order shipment. A greater number of messages have been sent to us recently, and our team has been working hard to respond to each one as quickly as we can. Answer: I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.
