I bought some pants from this website thinking they would be reliable because they were from NZ but they were not. When I received the pants, they were completely the wrong ones, so I emailed them with pictures for proof and asked for a refund. They replied asking me if I wanted 'big discounts' of 10-50% and to reorder the pants again, which I was not wanting because I had already spent $60. I asked for a refund again, and this back and forth when on for a few weeks before they would not even reply or take a week to reply to me and in the end they just did not reply to my emails. So now I am out of pocket $60 and cannot get in contact with the store. Please do not buy from here, they are rip offs and I'm pretty sure they sell fake stuff because the pants paid for were pink came pants but I received fake north face pants. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
