Hv bought 3 products fr Europe, very cheap at the first place. After ordering the cost became almost double. After receiving all together trice. Was it really the orice they r showing? Where can u see allvthe extra cost at the forehand or any information. Maybe till order, but u loved it so u buy it. But than after receiving it was as much as total order extra cost. Ndver will order again!

I recently shopped at Sareeka and I could not be more pleased! Not only do they have the latest styles of ethnic wear, but their selection is second to none. The quality of their clothing is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. Shopping at Sareeka was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for stylish ethnic wear!

Outfits are completely different than what is pictured and customer service is terrible at attempting to resolve that. Please don't buy from here if you value your sanity. I wasted too much money here.

I ordered 2 oufits amounting to R2500 on 05 February, last tracking date of the parcel was on 10 February, I contacted Sareeka and they said to me the parcel is already in South Africa, then I contacted Pacific Couriers, they said the parcel will be loaded onto the next available flight. Today is 24 February and still no sign of this parcel. I am very stressed that I have lost my money

I ordered a package on 15th July which was enough time for my package to arrive before my events on 19th and 27th August. They had not shipped the items until i asked them to ship it after several messages. Then they sent the same week of first event a partial package which was by fedx and came early. I asked why not both together and they said they will sent. I had to again message several times until they sent me package now this week when my event happens on 27. I tracked the package which is by dhl express and I will receive on 31st so that means will not get the item for the event. Very very shipping practice and you won't get your items on time when u need them. Pathetic never buying again from them

Sareeka seems to run a couple scams between sending you items you ordered. They've sent me an item x5 smaller than I ordered for my child. It's fitting for a baby, not a much older child. I've sent pictures showing the size and showing I ordered the right size, and there's zero customer service, just insistance I received the right size. Trying to pursue getting a refund on top of arguing with them wouldn't be worth it, as you have to cover shipping etc. To return. They know this and seem to use it to their advantage.

Also careful checking out if you choose to buy from them, you will often find more items than you clicked in your cart, as if they try to get customers to purchase more of the same item than intended and then say it's what you ordered.

I ordered three months ago. They took the money and the package stating it was delivered. I contacted fedex about the package they did an investigation and assured me the package was lost in transit. Then when i reached out to the customer service team, they take long to response to my emails, no updates about the package, i was never offer a refund or a ship back of the products. Poor communication. It was my first time ordering from them i do not recommend this site.

They lie about delivery dates, they lie about what they have shipped and when they have shipped, they lie about products in stock (they send u different products so they don't have to refund), they lie about refund being processed.
They refuse to resolve or communicate, they want to bully you into accepting shipment with all the problems. Pls pay with a gtee credit card or PayPal so you can get refund thru those means as they will not help you in any way. I think what they fail to understand is that honesty is the best policy and if something went wrong or happened if they honestly communicated that & resolved together- they would have a long term relationship. Unfortunately they are clearly just scamming people esp overseas clients thinking they have the right to do that. Disgusting.

I purchased two outfits and both are beautiful and in accordance with photos. Delivery took longer but was kept informed on Whattsapp. Recommend the company.

Their punitive policies are what they hide behind.
I'm genuinely surprised they are still allowed to trade.

Reform is coming, even in India - these shady tactics and non-conforming policies you think you can rely on to cover your crooked ways and illegal sales tactics will be regulated and ENFORCED soon.
You will stop being able to scam customers and scarper.
You know? Enjoy your ill-gotten gains whilst you can, money collected by dishonest means only ever ends up coming back to bite you.

I Wrote a review a few weeks ago titled " THEY SCAMMED ME NEVER GAVE ME ANY ITEM AND STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS WHEN I TRIED TO GET A REFUND " I have removed that review and should have removed it along time ago. They have refunded my money since and I would like to apologize and they are not a scam website!

I have been purchasing suits from this company for almost three years and honestly, I love every garment I've purchased. The quality is fantastic and the attention to detail is well worth the additional cost for customization. I've placed orders with other companies/sites and always disappointed with color, size or false misrepresentation. The selection of styles and seasonal trends that Sareeka offer have been unmatched. Word of caution, once you buy, you'll be addicted to purchase many many more.

Bought a dress in April, before buying i asked them will you guys be able to send to Australia before Eid ie 14th May. They said Yes and now it's 10th June and I am still waiting for the dress. If I had the negative start rating option I would have done that. Don't buy from them.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Sareeka. The saree which was promptly delivered was stunning! I also ordered a blouse which was a perfect fit.

Overall nice experience. It was a very good material and excellent customer service. I will definitely order again.

Great product. It is affordable. The stitching could have been more detailed and better but overall it is great and very fashionable.
