I made the mistake of not checking the review about sanginionline before placing an order. The web is full of negative review and they deserve every bit of it. I ordered a salwar kameez and a saree. The saree blouse does not fit me and its too small. The kameez was not made to the measurement I submitted. They sent a kameez that was 11.5 inches longer than what I requested. The kameez is 56 inches long, you will have to be close to 6 feet tall to wear it. I wonder how many people in subcontinent will be that tall! They did not bother to reply to any of the messages I sent back and did not arrange a refund. Waste of $250. They are just scammers

I have ordered from Sangini about 3 times. So far, compared to Utsav fashion, they are not bad. All the orders are claimed to be shipped out in 15 business days but I usually get it shipped in 13 business days. All my clothes look the part as the picture promised. Now the only 2 negatives I would mention are; 1) whenever I order a Sari, they always stitch the cups of the blouse so poorly - they make it pointy and ends up looking like something an "item girl" would only wear: S and 2) they never provide a tracking number - ever! Which makes it difficult to expect delivery of the package.

HI there, I am a customer from Singapore. Recently ( Oct 2014) I odered 3 sarees for my wife via sanginionline. But after I made all my payment, Vinay came back days later that they don't have any of them. Firstly, I don't understand why they advertise sarees which are already sold out or out of stock?, secondly Vinay told me that he would return my money back or choose some other saree. I was able to choose one other saree and they send over to me. But till now they have not returned my balance or credited to my account on the two remaining sarees. When I call on the number nobody answers till now. I see they successfully managed to rip me off!

I received my saree, it's beautiful, loved it.

I must say that the work on the saree, it's fabric, the blouse measurement everything was perfect, delivery was on time... very happy

Once in the past I had a bad experience of online shopping. Had felt like cheated and so was very scared about buying online again but I am very happy that I chose sanginionline to buy my saree and now I am totally assured that in future i will always get a good quality item worth its price from sanginionline.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! They are running a scam. Seriously I got so aggravated. I ordered two things on 7/5 and one of them was out of order! They have yet to give me a refund! I only asked for a partial refund of the one item that was out of stock. It wasn't my fault that one of their items was out of stock and they let me order it! I called them and they keep telling me 2-3 days 2-3 days but never do anything. And they even had the audacity to say they refunded the money, I AM NOT STUPID. I obviously checked and no refund, when I confronted them about it they hung up! This is bull****. Its been way more than 15 days! So I finally decided to file a claim on paypal! They are so infuriating! I wish this was a US site I would report them for fraud! If you guys were also scammed call paypal! They will help you.

This is my honest review for anyone wanting to purchase from this store. I know buying online is hard, with so much scam everywhere. I am a regular buyer of Utsav but got attracted to the lower prices of sanginionline. Utsav has a bit higher price but they deliver. I would rather spend a couple dollars more and feel confident about recieving. I would recommend before you buy from sanginionline that you email the seller and ask if they have items in stock. Happend to me, saw a nice product at lowest cost from all websites, and read reviews about them saying items out of stock all the time. Sure enough, i emailed to check if they had it in stock and found out the item was out of stock but showing available online. After my email the item was removed from website. Imagine my disappointed and frustration had i just gone ahead and purchased and later told item is out of stock and who knows if i would get my money back. Your money is hard earned, i would spend it wisely.

I ordered a suit for 260 dollars from this website which looked really wonderful with the details of the fabric, size and everything and it looked beautiful on the pictures, but when i received the order it was not same the fabric on website with details was jamevar but when i received it was cotton with some other material they are really fraud make people fools, people living in abroad order outfits they trust these websites so that they can get good outfits spend money but this is what they get in return, i wanted to order couple of outfits but i thought i will try one outfit first then i will order more i am glad i did that they lost their new customer if you give nice service we can order again and again but they wanted only one time business sorry for them they don't know how to to do business and make their customers happy so i recommend everyone dnt order anything from sangini.com.

I ordered 3suits paid for 3. Received only 2. Had to go through hoops to receive refund for the one I did not receive. The 2i received were not altered for my size but it was charged for all that to be done. Then I returned one suit which was too big. Told them I am sending back and need refund. I did not get any refund from them then 6wks later I got a charge placed on my credit card again for the whole amount. I am calling the number but no one answers. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company sangini is a big scam. Beware. I will see that they close down for business. I am extremely upset about this whole thing.

Very untrustworthy, brought a saree for $90 on this site. When I checked the same saree in couple of other sites to was priced $50. Don't believe the free shipping, as they already charge 5 times more than the normal shipping cost to the saree. Very unreliable, horrible horrible service too, I ordered the saree and they didn't ship for 20 days and when I tried to contact them there was no reply. Don't get fooled by buying on this site like me.

I do not recommend ordering from this website. The quality of the items I ordered was not great and definitely not worth the price. I tried to contact the owners about a return and he said they do not take returns on stitch clothing. Buyer beware that it means anything item of clothing! I mistakenly thought it meant custom stitch clothing so I ordered a generic size of medium but they will still not take it back. It makes sense to me that they would take back something size "medium" as someone else might order a size "medium" later as well.
