I ordered the incorrect item and paid to ship it back to this seller. They received the package, signed for it, and didn't refund my money. When I checked a couple of credit card cycles later to give them time to refund my money, they still hadn't so I contacted them. They said their 90 day period with Amazon was up and didn't have to do anything. So I'm out $100 for being a nice patient person.

Do NOT buy from this site. It took them 9 weeks to get the product out to me and the measurements were COMPLETELY off. The bust was too short, the arms were too tight, and it was 5 inches too short overall. In addition, the seams were not tightly sewn and things were unravelling and falling off. The quality and workmanship for $190 churidaar was atrocious! Buyer beware!

Horrible business! I will never buy anything from them again. I made a purchase and their so-called voucher never appeared despite my credit card being charged. They didn't return numerous e-mails for months and when they finally did, they told me they would e-mail me a voucher (that never appeared) and that I could only use the value I paid for it! I requested a refund and have never heard from them again! Contact your local better business bureau and share on Facebook to prevent your friends from getting scammed!
