I ordered a lehenga on march 6th and on the web page it was said it will ship within 4-5 working days. Today the date is April 12, more than a month after I ordered and I still have not received my lehenga. Each time I called up, the guy named Vinay Patel (I wonder if that is his real name) would give some excuse or the other. Now he is not answering my calls either. The interesting thing is that, the day I ordered the lehenga, they removed the picture of it from their site(fishy isn't it?).
I had planned to order 3-4 pieces but at the last moment thought, I will order one and see how the product is.
Do not order from this site, they are frauds.

Dont ever never buy any product from this website... I bought one saree from them but the order i received is entirely different. The color of the saree i ordered is different and the blouse pattern which i given to them, they stiched it different. When i call them they dont give proper response nor they reply you back after so many mails. Incase by mistake if they pickup your call they will speak politely and everytime when you call they simple say that will refund the money back. But they dont do it... THIS IS THE WORST website i have ever seen. Before i order a product from them i saw the review which were very bad in the years 2008-2010, But i tought now they might have picked up and they are giving better service to their customers. But still they are doing the same. So guys be careful... I suggest dont ever buy from this fraud website..

This site is bad, I had found this great saree and I had asked few questions in the email and just general questions stating that i was interested and the guy was very rude in writing his email, i called and no answer. He did not care if wanted our business. Then in few days the saree was no longer on his site and even the rest of the category. I think this is a fake site, as he is listing saree pics that he doesnot even have in stock.

I found quite a few sari's that I loved and ordered them... a few days after I ordered them, they were removed from the site - luckily I saved the pictures on my desktop. WAiting for 2wks - I emailed them asking them what happened to my order... I didn't get a response till three days later saying some of the items are not in stock and to pick some new ones. He then told me he only has 50-100 sari's in his shop and he ordders the rest in. He was holding my money for ransom! So he finally decided to ship the said items... and low and behold 2 of the items were not the items i ordered. He argued that they were - even though the one I ordered was light green and pink and the one he sent me was electric blue and dark orange with a totally different print. So now i am stuck with shipping these horrible items back... hopefully I'll get my money back from him

I placed an order for a saree that i absolutely loved and couldnt find in any other websites. First of all when i saw it, it was one price and the couple days later when i went to order it, the priced got hiked up. I contacted them and they provided with a discount code which was nice. So i placed the order on the 25th with an anticipated dispatch date of 10 days as it says on the website. I emailed after 5 days wanting to get an update, a non-friendly guy replied back saying within 5 days it will be shipped. By the way, this guy has no manners, no greetings, absolutely unprofessional. 5-7 days later when i didnt get any email with my tracking info, i wrote to them again. This time he said this is out of stock and give us some time. Now 12 days had passed already and now he decided to tell me they are trying to get it from a diff vendor. I waited few more days and then asked him again. He said still not in stock. At last after asking twice he gave me a refund on the 21st day or ordering. My point is that why should you sell me something that's not in stock. And don't even bother to let me know right away..

This website is a scam and the person Vinay Patel is a cheat. After we placed the order, there was no order confirmation emails of any kind. After waiting for 1 week we emailed and then they just said 'shipping today'. Email correspondence is very bad with short and impolite answers. Once we received the items, one Sari was wrong color and another was damaged. When we contacted he said nothing can be done and will give discount in next order. After calling several times (he won't pickup the phone many times) he finally agreed to 'exchange' the damaged Sari and asked us to Ship it back to him first. We got wary and asked him to ship a new one and then we will ship the other back. Then he said he will sell this damaged Sari to somebody else in the USA and we should ship it locally here instead of back to India and then he will ship us a new one. After we rejected that idea and threatened to complain to PayPal he then agreed to just give us some discount money back and we should keep the damaged Sari. He also promised to give us discount on next order. Now when we want to place the next order he said he won't give that amount of discount which he had promised before.
Totally useless site and very bad experience. I was going to buy lot more Saris from here and give reference to my friends but no more. Instead I came to this site and posting this review.
